Let your bottle bottle stand for 15-20 minutes so all the oil runs to the bottom of the vial. Break the metal crimping ring with some small needle nose pliers and remove it. Pull out rubber stopper. Now you can get your syringe all the way to the bottom of the vial. Tip the vial about 70 degrees to the side your going to draw from. Use your big needle to draw with, the 18 gauge that you use to pull the oil out of the vile with not the 23g. you inject with. Your going to hit the bottom of the vial and it will dull up on you. OUCH if you don't. I was throwing away 1/2 cc before I started using this method. I was taught to treat my gear like it was gold. Don't waste any of it. It was too hard to come by.
Just place the vile on its side and "vacuum" the last of it up.

Knowing the draw is going to be next pin day leave the vial upside down to "drain" the oil to the bottom of the stopper which is now facing up. Warming the vial while upside down also helps. Using your draw pin pierce the stopper and pull the needle down as you draw. Some "jacking off" the draw pin may yield another .001 ml's. Anal MFers like you and me with 27 vials of gear need every drop in case of future shortages in a crisis.

OE2000Get a 19g pin, turn the vial upside down, insert the pin just to penetrate(no homo) the stopper..... you can get every last drop..... it gives me kiosk jizz test flu, NH

that works for me, or get a few longer pins just for that purpose that will reach right to bottem of vial.
move the oil to the neck of the bottle then draw it out while its on the rubber stopper.
