Seizure letter from border patrol

I order a package back in July from a source 30 days later never got package. Source reshipped cause it was during the new year slow down. Question is when I got home yesterday I had a letter saying my package was seized. So do I sign the letter to forefit or just throw away the letter

Absolutely sign the letter telling the federal government that you were ordering controlled substances through the mail. You should always own up to crimes when there is no evidence against you. As a matter of fact next time you get a pack call the local tax office and tell them you need to pay import taxes on the anabolic steroids you ordered from China or where ever.

Really good advice here. It’s best to NEVER speak to the cops about anything to do with a criminal investigation without a lawyer present ESPECIALLY if you’re innocent. This includes if you’re only a witness. No reason to be a dick about it but it is your constitutional right and there’s a reason they try to keep people from exercising it.
