What should you do if you get one? They say if you just ignore it they'll destroy product in 30 days, but you can also check a form that says to destroy it. If you tell them to destroy it do you think they might think your just an innocent bystander who's address is just being used or does it not matter either way. To clarify it was US Customs Border Patrol.

You do not need to worry about the seizure letter they have no way of proving that you requested the item that was shipped.. You are correct in your thinking ignore it and reship or reorder.
Will I be on some kind of list where anything I have shipped to me from now on will raise a red flag or something?
CleyonPossibly, but it's nothing to worry about. If you get a P.O. box the likelyhood of that happening again is miniscule, of course buying stuff domestic is a better option IMHO
Sarge is right. If they reship send them it. But also you could be shit out of luck.Bin their done that too many times. That letter is a heart breaker.
I would go over and take my gear and tell them not to touch my sh!t again. But thats just me
