+ 1 Workout equipment for the road, fits in a suitcase can use in a hotel room

ad

So, half the hotels I go to will have a functional cable machine I can use, maybe some dumbbells up to 50. I have the Grip master crunchers in my bag and have a body weight routine of 100 push-ups and dips a night then 1000 ab crunches of different variations. I added 100 body weight squats, lunges, and upright plank push-ups for the shoulders on my last trip.
I have a large suitcase, but a pull up bar is not an option and trx’s aren’t actually useable in most hotel rooms. I have some bands but hotel rooms lack things to hook them too
Does anyone have recommendations they use?
I’m looking at the gym proluxe bar/band system buts it’s like 200$, just seeing if anyone else has anything they already use
Thanks

I have found out that some hotels have agreements with locals gyms that will get you free day passes as long as you are staying in the hotel. Just gotta ask them.

resistance bands with multiple attachments and weights. Most sporting good stores sell a kit with a bunch of things in it

Those bands come in some heavy sizes.
I’ve got an 80.
