Nobody's doing an polls to see where the roid vote is going.....
Scarey part.....what happens when they wanna collect? Our back door is open and noone has lube
Either way you'd think some of these sources would get together and buy a couple lobbyist. Start swinging some politicians in the Roid direct. I'm just saying with the kinda of money you guys should be bringing in.... Maybe you should start at the top.
Muscleg33kRomney!!
gold jacket green jacket who gives a shit
I vote for Pharma Grade TEST E and EQ!
Its gonna take a long time to fix all the flaws causing Americas issues. We need jobs badly
Lol. Investing strategies don't really transfer over well. If anything, the left side applies the "investing in America" idea
The bad part about it is while they claim to invest in America, they send billions to nations that hate us. The conservatives have pushed hard to stop newcomers and halt srnding billions to hater nations til we can properly feed our own. $8M/day is send to isreal daily as a blank check. While we're covered in jobless hungry folks.
It's always gonna be a corrupt BS going on :( regardless.
Couldn't agree more. I'm one of those guys who just hates politics... I'm not naive enough to believe one side has the answers to the hundreds of questions, issues, decisions to be made, etc. I am eager to see how the next decade treats this great nation though... Idk that's my rant. Do get a neat opportunity to briefly meet the President next week though! Want to get one of those stereotypical "shaking the boss-man's hand" photos lol
And by "meet" I mean maybe be able to shake the man's hand LOL
Mitt. Dude built billion dollar companies from bankrupt garbage. Thats a resume of a real CEO....not just blank talk. He's done it.
You guys over thinking it. My test is way to high to vote for a grown man wearing magical underwear.

Actually he is known for coming on board companies and creating huge amounts of debt.
His job was to get loans for companies, and making a commission. There concern was not the success of there client. They won either way. Bain Capital was an equity Investment firm.

Here is a decent story about how they made money, and who paid when business failed.
If you have seen "Wall Street" the movie, it's main Character "Gordon Gecko" He is basically in the same role Mitt Romney was. He would buy out companies and crash there stock after double or tripping it. Using insider dealings to create huge "profits"
When i reality they are both Corporate "Raider"s Equity Investment Bankers.
I say this system is so beyond broken we need to start over. SAY NO TO VOTING, and take back your true rights of freedom!
Stop listening to the losers; step back and look at the big picture. There are 2 sides to every story. I'm getting sick of all the lemmings preaching the same old Michael Moore spin of entitlement.
In case you don't know what a private equity firm is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Private_equity_firm
If I were to buy your house (equity) -the one you're forced to sell because of a down market or repossession. Am I at fault if you have to move or are evicted? If I can restructure the loan and rent back to you am I a savior? If the lot is worth more than the house sitting on it am I the devil for tearing it down?
The nature of business is that you'll always have winners and losers. There is no constitutional guarantee that you'll be successful in business. As unfortunate as it is companies large and small go out of business every day. Workers, unionized or not, lose their jobs, benefits, and pensions.
Corporations are entities that are made up of several 100's of thousands of shareholders. Most of those shareholders are regular people like myself that invest (directly or indirectly via mutual funds) in those companies as part of a 401K, ROTH, IRA, or even in union pension plans.
Equity companies look for good opportunities for investment. Often those are distressed companies with good assets but poorly managed, or companies lacking the capital to grow.
Sometimes a company is being killed by their own unionized workers. Forever pushing for a bigger piece of the pie when profits are up, but unyielding and uncompromising when profits are down.
Such companies were put into bankruptcy to relieve them from their unsustainable union obligations. Workers were laid off and asked to reapply for their jobs at reduced pay or benefits.
Other companies, poorly managed, or overly zealous, overreach and have to pull back; closing factories or stores. Laying off hundreds of workers to save the jobs and investments of thousands.
Are there losers when a company fails or restructures? YES
Could the losses have been worse without an equity firms involvement? YES
Is there a constitutional guarantee that you should have a job? NO
About 22% of Bain’s companies filed for bankruptcy or liquidated within eight years after Bain acquired them. 78% avoided bankruptcy.
Some businesses that survived to become household names include:
Dunkin’ (the parent company of Baskin-Robbins)
Staples
Bright Horizons
Brookstone
Wesley Jessen
Accuride
Steel Dynamics
I had to give you a +1 for the last comment you made
Simple as that. I wish I could give you a +1 for this, but I don't think its justified on this site lol
I just believe that for any job anywhere in the world you need a resume and skills in top end management. Nobama simply had neither :(....
What?
