+ 1 Quadricipital tendon rupture
Hello everyone,
I would like to tell you about my recent quadriceps tendon injury.
I would love to have feebakc if you know of people who have been through this trauma, tips for healing (exercise, supplements, nutrition, chemistry).
Last December 7th, I slipped and my knee bent in the natural direction of the joint, but obviously I unconsciously contracted to catch up and severe pain hit my quadriceps. I felt the quadriceps go up.
After examination, they saw that I had a ruptured quadriceps tendon just above the kneecap, so I had the operation on Monday the 13th.
The tendon has been sutured onto the kneecap.
-Healing, scarring:
So I would like to know what you will advise me to improve the healing of the latter via food and food supplements or chemistry.
I have a month of rest before the rehabilitation, the goal is not to go faster but I want to optimize my recovery because I was shaken by this injury.
-Testimony :
Do you know people around you who have undergone this kind of intervention? Or yourself?
Thanks for all,

I have news.
In the end I only used a bit of bpc157 and tb500 that I had left after an injury in October. I just followed the protocol given by the surgeon. Rest, do not bend the Leg.
I saw my surgeon in January, 6 weeks after the operation.
Very happy with the result.
I started rehabilitation in February, there is improvement.
I can walk, slowly. Drive a little...
PropheticWookieUpdate:
from HGH preparations in small dosages for recovery.
Peptide TB-500.
Nandrolone Phenylpropionate
TEST C
Anavar
PropheticWookieThe main thing is time. don't be in a hurry. You need to start with work with stretching and mobility. Since after the operation, the tendon is shortened. It is necessary to take supplements rich in calogen, hodrotin and glucosamine. So manual therapy is necessary, try to keep the muscles always soft and mobile. There was no clogging and krepatura. And the main thing is not to rush.
Thank you for giving time and good advice that I will follow
PropheticWookieNot at all, the main thing is to get better and health to you. If I can help, I will. He has already treated more than one injury. With age, he became more reasonable and accurate.
I ture completely my biceps distal tendon 6 mounts ago.
Few weeks ago i was sent to an mri scan becuse the pain didnt go away.
The mri diagnosis arrive and said i ture again the same tendon.
Honestly i dont know what to do right now.
Go for another surgery or leave it like this and learn to deal with it.
Take care of yourself and just rest rest rest and let the time do its thing.
I'm sorry for you. You are right, patience is the key. Good luck to you don't hesitate to come and give us news
TricepatopsI talked to a source and he said IGF 1 with HGH is the best way. But if you are going to spend that much money look into stem cell or PRP and therapies like that. There is some new type of therapy like stem cell but it is supposedly better and works. It had grown hair on bald people and other unique. If you really are interested I will find that info and send it to you. They will even come to you and inject it.
I just had surgery to repair my bicep tendon and am using the peptides BPC157 and TB500, it's only been a few weeks so I can't tell you how it's working yet.
Do some research on them and you will find a lot of good anecdotal responses
Thanks bro
Thank you for your participation ... But I think it will not be accessible to me. The. Cost must be high
RustyhookerResearch hgh. And you should be working closely with your physical therapist.
Thanks. I think hgh is sure
Ok, this is just my two cents from past ligaments, tendons and broken bones not including food or supplements.
The key to recovery is blood flow (healing blood) to the affected area. Via, massage and getting your heart rate up and the blood pumping to the affected area.
I know this is not exactly what you asked, but hopefully this might help.
Thank you for your reply. I have the leg immobilized until January 30 until the opinion of the surgeon. I cannot circulate the blood or bring it back to the target area because I cannot bend my leg. However, I try to move around to promote circulation
There are ways to elevate your heart rate in a full leg cast without using your legs.
Good luck brother!
TricepatopsLine of cocaine is one way. No just kidding. They have these shoulder machines for people with shoulder injuries or people who are well chair bound.
Bingo^^^^^, or hard sex or masturbating.
RustyhookerI cant take my eyes of this! Oh dear lord
RustyhookerLmao! Too much time on my .....hands....
Ah OK, I understand better. Thanks for your help and support I'll see what I can do.
