Pulsating arm

So I noticed today that my right forearm,on the inside just above the elbow has been pulsating. It's not like it's suttle, it very noticable, I'm guessing it's a vein. Any body else had this happen to them? It's not happening on the left arm. I'm guessing high blood pressure. Im on 50 mg tren/75 mast and 50mg winny along with 500mg test e

no. I am running clen/eca 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but I think its the winny cause I just started it last week
