Hey guys/girls, I was out of town all weekend on business so I didn't have a chance to jump on here but in keeping with awareness and appreciation of memorial day I wanted to also spread a little awareness about PTSD as we just recently lost a very dear friend/brother/son who was also a member of the armed forces as well as a California fire fighter, due to taking his own life as he suffered from this very real condition. On average 22 American vets will take their lives every day in the states and that is a huge number when you think about it, so these men and women that have served their country need our help when they return home from these hell holes but all too often they are forgotten and wind up having to fend for themselves when they already put their lives on the line. So please keep this in mind and spread the word as this helps to create organizations that will be helpful with treating this sort of condition in the future.

Hope I didn't bum anyone out, but let's just remember that memorial day is great for friendly gatherings and BBQ's but there's a lot more to it than that and we should do our best to try and remember that.
