My bad Rott. I didn't see this. I get emails for some posts but not others. Yes i'm still curious. I just posted it in "Anabolic" section
I doubled up ony my Potassium, glucosamine & multivitamin and slammed a gallon & a half of water yesterday and I g2g this AM. I did get a little drunk friday night so im sure that ended up playing a big roll in it as well.
tread-mIf running an AI you could bed depleting your estrogen too deep in addition to all else here. As was said as well 50 eod is a low level trt dose not anywhere near a cycle dose. Good cycle range for prop given the very short life is around 100 ed or 150 eod. 100 eod would be low level. Just the increase in prop alone if this is a cycle and not trt may help some in and of itself. Plenty of fluids.
Thread hyjaced, Thread has good information! Thanks every!
Before I hijacked the thread (sorry xxTJBxx), That was what I was trying to say. Dehydration will contribute to cramps. Drink plenty of water, gatorade etc..
Interesting. I'm having issues it seems when I get started. Like the first few sets. Seems like once I get going it eases up a little. But back to the posters point, maybe the prop is contributing. I'm not sure. I don't have a real frame of referance . I'm lifting much heavier now than I ever have so it could be my body has to adapt/adjust w/ time.
It probably doesn't. You're right, I'm trying to figure out why npp doesnt have that same effect as deca. Viking helped out, said the same thing you did. It's the water retention that lubes the joints. I'm wondering why they always specify deca for this tho. I mean sus , dbol, drol, all make you retain water. I never heard them associated with the easing of joint pain ya know
Another trick is to add some Fish oil. I'm on 4000 mg of Artic Cod fish oil. No joint pain at all. I have previously had pain in my knees and connective tissue in my shoulders and elbows. I used to run Deca quite a bit in the past. It always worked to some degree. It never took it away completely. So I added the fish oil and never looked back.
What brand do you recommend G? I always take fish oils but never specifically cod. I'm probably not running enough ,about 2,000mg daily.
I told you bro Sis is a SUPER HIPPIE! She said it was gtg so I jumped on 'em
Nordic Naturals- It's molecularly distilled and enhanced for freshness with anti oxidants. They contain naturally occurring Vitamins A,D.
They also are 3rd party tested for environmental toxins like heavy metals, dioxins, and PCB's. You can request certificates of analysis as well. All the fish oil is processed in norway.
Thanks bro! Nordic naturals it is. I'v eused a few different kinds. Some look cloudy and dirty some are beautifully crystal clear. Appreciate it bro
Mosy guys run around 2-6000mgs
My health care practitioner has me on 9g per day in addition to two tbsp of freshly ground flax seed. She is aware I suffer from cramps during extended exercise (3 hours), says it is a good anti-inflammatory and good for the nervous system.
Ya I've had a couple vets from another forum say that I needed 9g or 9000mgs per day to be in competitive BBing. The amount of stress put on the joints and all the connective tissue from hardcore training has got to be pretty gnarly. I just can't afford to go thru it that fast.
I get the cold milled golden flax seed from Flax USA. I get it at Costco for around 8$ for a 3lb bag.
Up the prop like raider says and add deca, also potassium is a diuretic bro that could be why your getting cramps try without and see if that helps .
LOL, a joint pain relief add just popped up
Help me out Rott. Why isn't the NPP helping my joints when I lift heavy? I thought it would be the same as deca in that sense. I read that you get better blood plasma saturation of nandrolone with npp as opposed to deca , less water retention and I thought it was a good joint lube for lifting heavy. Am I wrong? Anybody know?
Its the water ret that helps the joints, npp is faster acting = less ret not the same joint relief bro.
One more question. If it's the water retention why don't they say dbol, drol or sus help lubricate joints? I always hear deca, deca, deca for this. I'm being sincere. It looks like i'm being sarcastic. I'm really not. Just wanted to throw that out there in case it comes across that way
Anything I can use to help with this? I've heard shark cartilage is good, any input?
I'm a dumbass! lol. Thanks Vik
Hydration. Make sure you're always hydrated bro. That is the cause of most of my cramps and headaches no matter what I run. I'm currently running prop with npp and have joint pain. I thought the nandrolone was a good joint lubricant. I guess its the decanoate ester that helps. Hydration first. Keep a gatorade on you always. I try to drink twice as much on cycle, just to be safe. my $0.02
