Good afternoon fellow fit people,
I just wanted to give a quick heads up that privatemdlabs is trying to charge my bank account for “follow up” tests that I did not order or authorize.
As some of you know I do a lot of blood work and have used privatemdlabs for years but this is unacceptable and I would not have caught it had it not been flagged by my bank as questionable. And while I will get the money back, the bank automatically locks down that card and mails a new one when you decline a suspicious charge so I will have to go through the process of linking all my accounts to the new card and if I need to pay a bill or make a purchase in the meantime I have to physically go pull cash out of my account. I have reached out to PMDLABS using every available contact on their website to no avail.
