Possible Gyno. What to do
ad
7 weeks in TRT. Thought I would be better off waiting for weight loss. Clinic said I would be ok.
Weight 178. Goal is 168. 5’’7” now.
Intermediate lifter. 5-6 days a week
On Cypionate 150 mg a week. 7-8 weeks.
* getting tenderness and a small mass by nipple.
BUT last blood work showed level 777. Everything else was in range except sbgh. It was low. Out of range. Estrogen was in range /normal.
So why the lump/tenderness.
What should I do. Please assist.
Thanks.
Mike

MARKYHi bud!
If it really bothers you then start taking Tamoxifen 10-20mg/ED. You probably don't need to use anything else.
If you’re going to get into this game, just get the surgery. Best investment I ever made lol.
Did you get it done in the U.S or another country? How much did it cost?
The US, 6 k but my doctor was top of the line. You have to remove the entire gland. He knew what it was for lol
I've got no science to back this up but all of the cycles I've ran have ranged from different levels of nipple sensitivity and puffyness even though my estrogen is in range. Once I take a break from heavy doses and only run 250test 200primo, my e2 drops to the medium end of acceptable range and the sensitivty is gone and they flatten out. I didn't develop gyno, but on heavy doses they are puffy and sensitive. I think it just comes with the territory. If I didn't keep my e2 in range and let it run wild, let my prolactin run wild, then I would probably have continous gyno growth. It's the same for hair loss for me, I have a full head of hair, when I start a heavy cycle there's an initial phase of hair shedding, but not true male pattern baldness with handfuls falling out or continuous hair loss. Then It stops after a month. If I didn't know this I would freak out thinking the initial shedding was going to be permanent and I would be bald or that the sensitive inflamed nips was gyno, but now I know it's just what happens, depends on the compounds and the dosages, and then when I come down for a break it all goes away. But if youre worried research gyno, watch YouTube videos, see if any of the protocols help you, or just wait it out and monitor it. If it's the initial sensitivity and puffy nip and doesn't continue to grow over the months then I wouldn't worry about it. If it continues to grow larger and larger look into the protocols or lower the dose or run an ai to keep e2 in the medium acceptable range versus normal or high end. As you drop more body fat you will convert less estrogen. Aim to get shredded and lean as possible.
