Pinning quads / vastus lateralis injections get easier? pinned Thursday 1ml annoying pain.. I’d say about 90 percent better dose this get less painful post injection over time for quad injection ?

I've only done the delt a couple times, with an insulin syringe. Low volume injection. I'll try your method sometime

There is only one quarter of the quad that you can inject and shouldn't attempt anywhere else unless you are looking for trouble

I've tapped nerves in my quads a few times. U just pull out and go into another spot. Not a big deal. Inject long enough your bound to hit some weird fealing shit.

I choose not to aspirate. In medical field for 15 years and they never taught us to aspirate on im injections. But thats my personal preference.
