This I learned at the very beginning. With glutes - does the phrase "High and to the side" resonate with you at all? If you're getting the meds into the muscle, where you pin is not going to impact "results." The glutes are nice because of their shear size and you can inject a lot of oil into your ass without to much worry. If your not doing a lot of pinning - you can just alternate right and left glute. I use 1.5" 22g 3cc rig for glutes. Just remember - if you should unfortunately nick a vein - you're gonna cough and you will probably taste the med in your mouth very quickly. This goes for any steroid and not just for Trenbolone. The spotinjections website below is killer. Review that. Hard to make any mistake.

I flex my quad and see the muscle, then I mark it and pin it. As long as you hit the main head of the quad muscle you are fine. If you are looking right at the middle of your quad its the muscle slightly to the right or left depending which leg you are looking at, here is a link to where you can inject safely.

Glutes are easy bro! just divide your butt cheek into 4 sections and pin the upper/outer quadrant. You can use both hands and pin slow and steady. Make sure you get some 1.5" needles so you can get into the muscle.

Doesn't matter where you pin; as long as you pin into a muscle. I prefer my quads because its a bigger muscle group and I hate trying to aspirate with a pin in my ass. Either there or my delts although I use my delts for when I pin prop so I have 2 more groups to cycle pins through.
