pinched nerve in neck
I had surgery on my wrist on June 18th and had a two week recovery but was told no lifting for a month . The day after I was cleared to return to the gym I ended up with a pinched nerve due to a degenerative disc and inflammation in my neck so needless to say I've had some bad luck the last couple months . I received a epidural steroid shot in my back to reduce inflammation . I had severe numbing and tingling down my left arm as well and had next to no strengh in my left arm as well
Now a month later I have got most of the feeling back but my arm is still very weak and the nerve is compressed now instead of pinched . I have no more pain except when I use my left arm to due anything requiring my bicep and forearm over 10 lbs . I'm wondering if there is any steroid or suppliments that I can take to slow down the atrophy and not increase inflammation or reduce it as I have already lost 20 lbs through this ordeal .
I have the hulk blend with Tren mast and test at home bit don't want to use it if it will make it worse . I've talked to the doctor and he said there is no time frame nerves are kinda funny and everyone heals differently and depending on the amount of pt and the amount of rest I get depends on the timeline .
If anyone has first hand knowledge and has ever dealt with this and has any advice it would be greatly appreciated

Gnrh, the real stuff.. Novotropin..... It will speed up everything and anything. I've never used it and never wanted to, but in your case I'd invest as much money as I could into it.
