Permanent testicular shrinkage?

I have never even heard of permanent shrinkage and am wondering if there is any truth behind this? Or is this a worst case scenerio for like a bodybuilder or someone using to that extent where they have destroyed their hpta?

dirtpipeI did 500 ui hcg per week on my last cycle, blls shrunk, but i think they are now bigger than before after recovery, about 6 weeks after cycle?! Im going to do 1000 ui hcg next time..
