So this post if for my girl. Shes been asking me for research on women and HGH use for its anti aging properties and I havn't been able to dig much up. She sees that even after 2.5 months its had good effects on my hair/nail growth and fat burning. Do any of you have EXPERIENCE using GH? Any good articles out there on the topic, good or bad? She is about to turn 28, works out a few times a week and eats pretty clean. Like I said though she is more interested in the anti aging properties than she is for muscle mass or cutting, her body is on point already. Thanks for the help ladies!
