Fact: muscle doesn't grow while you workout. It's grow in between workouts while you rest.

But with that in mind we are all different and have different goals. You just need to set your goal and go get it.

some people actually grow during workouts, just sayin Smile

My triceps grow during a workout Blum 3

You mean you get a pump, right? You cant grow a muscle and break it down at the same time.

wasup cj i know we grow at sleep time im hitting my goals on point really strict form but wouldn't mind going harder but dont want over train..

You're at least hitting 12 reps so as long as your warming joints prior, not jerking and eating big foods, and sleep well then you should be alright. When i was yoyr age and natty i did similar lufting style. As long as calories were up i kept growing

i taught bout that maybe high calories not letting me get a burn cause we i use to bulk with no cycle i can go harder and longer peroids of time but now i just dont feel it i know the juice working but would like to get sore at least lil bit...

While on deca and drol, I go heavy as fuck and I can definately feel it. My legs were sore all week.

However on EQ is feel NO PAIN at all. It's incredible.

A good shocker can either harden ya or boost strength/size. Changes in routine typically are good. If you were down Max lifting or low reps....I'd say sliw down. Get more rest. Just listen to body. Not being sore is good...dont trip. When you're off cycle you'll be back in the jacuzzi beating down the lactic acid. Lol

lol i hear that so i guess going with this routine for about a month then changing back to my old one twice a week with more weight and more rest hit my max on bench 4 times 405 i went nuts after that wanted to lift everything at the gym lol

Im sure ya did! I never go below 8 reps. But I'm also older so breaking something is twice the recovery. Lol
