Numb/Pain hand and arm
I did a search and have read on this issue, but couldn't really find what i'm looking for. My right hand goes numb and burns (the pad at the bottom of my fingers) when I lay down, like trying to sleep. I am on my first cycle after a lonnng time, but don't remember feeling this before.
My question is, why is this only lying down? I can lay on my back, and keep my arms "at attention" so to speak, and still get numb. I cannot find any comfortable position to lay in, no matter what I try. Assuming it's a pinched nerve, why would only standing or sitting upright "un" pinch it? Anyone know if this could a nerve in the neck?
I haven't put on too much additional muscle yet, but I can only guess that what I have put on is causing this. I don't feel any other pain or swelling in my joints, just the numbness/burning when I lay down.
Being hard to sleep, and of course waking up throughout the night sucks. Any idea's what would stop this? My bro said he had the same problem and just to push through it. But this is going on for a month now!

I was having the same problem. Waking up every hour cuz my arms were falling asleep. But as soon as I increased my cardio and lowered my sodium intake it went away. And doubled water intake. Not sure if that was the cure but it disappeared. My blood pressure was 120/72 most my cycle so I know it wasn't high or low. Also I gains bout an inch on my biceps. And when I cut down sodium it went down to 3/4 inch.
I get some weird side effects from test. For example if I sweat or get hot I get an annoying prickly feeling on my back. Sometimes
my back muscles will feel like someone is pushing on them, I can't even explain that feeling its like I have something stuck to my back under my shirt and its rubbing against me. And I get pins and needles in my hand after and during sleeping as well, it's from water retention putting pressure on your veins and cutting circulation off. Aromasin minimized that big time for me I never get that now but the first two feelings I only get on test, every cycle.
i have a PHD but im no doctor, but from my experience and from what ive read in my studying, the pins and needles feeling and arthritis type feeling is a minor side effect of testosterone and goes away.
