no diet really????

ad

i read a article about guy doing no diet but looks ripped.
the article talks about how he eats whatever he wants but he only works out hard
( yea right).
the way the guy looks i think he is on some kind of aas.
my question is doing a proper cycle without diet can you get good ripped results.
i know diet is important but hypothetically speaking
what king of result can you get or expect without diet.
please dont say no result because that is not true.
if you eat what ever you want with aas
i can see the guy getting bigger mass but not ripped.
body percent fat may drop little but still not sure how much.

All sportsmen require a good diet of differing amounts and of good quality at different times within a year,no one and i mean no one can acheive there full potential without this in place and consistant use of,if you use AAS and fail to have a good diet in place you will end up looking like shit PERIOD.

Also if you dont build quality mass you will have nothing to rip back to.

Never judge what you can do by what someone else can do. Some poeple can eat whatever and not have to worry about fat, Im one, but the chance of you being one of those people is very slim. Trust me you dont really want a high metabolism anyway its a curse. A slower metabolism is cool if your not greedy. The flip side is most people with high metabolisms also dont hold muscle very easily. Its allways easier to eat a little less then it is to have to cram an extra 2,000cals a day down your throat and your not hungry.

It all comes down to the individuals metabolism. I am naturally lean (6.0% bf) I could eat whatever I want but if I don't eat whole foods in large quantities, I wouldn't gain as much as I would if I did eat good.

"Diet" is an all encompassing word. Your "diet" is everything you eat. Some people have been taught proper nutrition since childhood, others have been allowed to eat any piece of crap that kept their mom from having to cook. So someones normal eating habits may be very nutritional without changes. Another factor is metabolism, this may allow some to eat less nutritionally healthy meals and still remain thin, but in most cases not muscular. My 20 year old son is ripped and eats like crap. But he has no size.... yet, I'm trying to get him involved again. Last summer he and a friend did well for a few months, then.....

bodyfat % is controlled by diet. Period. Some people are more fortunate than others in what they are able to get away with, but if you wanna lose bodyfat, it will always come down to diet.

that is not 100% true, people who are runners or swimmers they do not need to have proper diet most of the time. it all depens on the cardio.but i still want to know with proper cycle no diet can you lose body percent fat. how much result as result. it vary much.

I train college level runners and swimmers at the University I attend and trust me, they diet harder than the basketball or baseball team just a different diet. Swimmers for instance dont like to be 6% bodyfat like us, they prefer like 12%(guys) 20%(female) or so meaning their diet wont be like a bodybuilder but its still a diet and they are very strict or very unsuccessful.

This is the truth. I could eat like shit and do no cardio and still be thin. It's in my genes. Every women in my family is extremely small. However, it does no good if I want to get in the gym, lift weights, and build muscle. My body needs the correct nutrients. Everyone's does. In my opinion, if you eat right you don't even need that pre work out crap. I've never touched any of that stuff. I have plenty of energy to work out from my diet. It's pointless to me. If your going to do this, do if right.

it is the truth unless your black! seen those guys in prison eating candy bars and top ramen getting swole as hell. totally confusing!

Beachbdygrl's picture

That may be true, but think what they could accomplish with a proper diet. Then think about what they could accomplish with a proper diet and AAS.

I hate to stereotype but I have to agree to a degree. Not all black guys are like that but many are.
