Nicotine cravings!

I quit smoking over the summer, now that it has got cold out and I'm getting hit with some wicked cravings. One issue is I've got some of my coats out of the closet and every one has a lighter in the pocket, so a constant reminder. I haven't had any cravings for months and all of a sudden now I want a damn cigarette.

Smoke those electric cigs... i have quit smoking for over a year now by useing electric cigarettes... feels like the real thing!!
dont the electric cigs have nicotine in them too? the reason im asking is ive been playing hell trying to quit and its not been easy for me.
They can have nicotine. It depends on the cartridge used. I haven't smoked for awhile, but when these things worked, I loved 'em as my lungs didn't get the tar from regular cigs and they could get a liitle break...not too reliable though.
I was watching "The Shining" the other day and there sits, crazy at bat shit, Jack Nicholson at his typewriter starring into space with a pack of Marlboro reds laying there on the table. The only thing going through my mind is, "I bet I could just get a pack of cigs and not get hooked back on."
Fuck ur telling me! Try going thru a record harvest and not twisting one up:-(

And that is even worse, would love me some good left handed cigarettes too. I haven't done that in a long time, drug testing at work.
I can relate...I haven't smoked for awhile, but sometimes there's that impulse to take a drag. Looks like you may need to get rid of the reminders or anything else that might tempt you. I'm somewhat hesitant to get rid of lighters as they do have emergency purposes. I have patches, don't use 'em now, but they seemed to help with my cravings before w/o having to inhale.
