Well its been a year since I made a profile on eroids and would like to thank all the members and faculty that have made my time here a memorable one.

Thank you guys for the kind regards, it wouldn't be what it is without great members like yourselves who care for the fellow brothers of iron. I look forward to this next year, with the wisdom you all have shared to take my gains to the next level. Maybe I'll be able to compete in physique class at a show in my area next spring. Its tough with my height, but I'm always up for a challenge.
