wondering whats up w/ the french vanilla coffee myself? Isnt that a lot of simple sugars? Unless it is directly utilized after a workout, simple carbs mean chubby... Directly after workout the simple carbs creat an insulin spike which is beneficial at the time when ur muscles are feeding otherwise it triggers ur body to carry weight. Just sayin bro. Get that shit!!!!

A little less 2200.
It depends to be honest i just started this way of dieting i usually do ckd but it fucks with my mental performance. I usually have a big cheat meal once a week so that might be my carb load day. And when i say big cheat in talking like 300g of carbs in one sitting. I usually have for my friday or saturday night cheat a medium pizza with 3-4 cups of sunny d and 2-3 slicea of cake after:) works for me! I did that last time with the ckd and hit 8% bodyfat.

that's what I was thinking...maybe some eggs/egg whites in the am??

Cant go wrong with egg s in mornin ,i make a mix of 100g oats ,350 grms low fat curd cottage cheese ,2 full eggs and half carton whites /250 grms all together into a pancake mix ,cook it up ,last me couple days and its tasty , eggs are easy for me il boil up six and bring them to work good and filling ,the shakes go straight through me im hungry 10 mins after:)

ya know what??...somethings I have come to recognize: boiled eggs are GREAT!!...mix a few in with some chicken here and there if you need to hit your protein grammage totals for the day(and it helps out with eating JUST chicken over..and over..AND OVER AGAIN!!!!) Gives it a different texture/flavor...kinda like a chicken/egg salad, just dice it and spice it up a lil'...YUM!!!

Also...sometimes I wash down a small meal/snack with a 1/2 scoop of whey here and there, it depends on my schedule and how rushed I am to eat OR maybe I am just sick of eating...fargin' CHICKEN!!!...I think that having some WHOLE food in your stomach FIRST and then layering it with some whey is a good approach, plus if it's whey isolate or hydrolosate, the absorption is slowed down as it is churning and mixing around with the rest of the stomach/GI contents. It also helps with a sweets craving after a meal...I am not so much of a sweet-tooth person, but sometimes a small shot of whey kills a sugar craving!!

That's a couple things I do...at 220 lbs. and eating around 300g protein/day(off-cycle right now), I get pretty sick of some of the 'staple' protein foods Smile

I do the same throw the boiled egg in with tuna ,chicken dosnt really matter its all good to reach 300 grms ,but i hear ya on the whey with some holesome food bro i chug it into my oats first meal to bump up the protein and it definately gives a sweetner :-)
