MT2 and blood glucose

ad

MT2 with var sounds like a good combo to zap out cort,,,

i think when blood glucose is high all the time your insulin sensitivity will go down,,,ive heard of a woman who treated herself with cortisol because she though she had adrenal fatigue and nows she diabetic...so that kinda makes sense...your body's balance is off, im sure if messes with ghrelin and leptin too. so you a slice of pizza for someone like who is very insulin sensitive will not be hungry for whole day where a person with damaged sensitivty will be hungry in 1.5-2 hours like a normal digestion would do...insulin is high, bg is high, bp is high, you will die fast when cort is high all the time (apple shaped people)

ALSO think about what overall cortisol means to your body,,,stress....something bad HAS happened and now you must feel better (adrenaline goes up,,,then cort kicks in if the stress has gone away or still on going chronically) adreanline is Yang and cortisol is Yin if that makes more sense,,,,,,,what makes people happy and relaxed? ,,food/rest...your metabolism goes down (another yin yang cort/t3) trying to conserve energy during stress period (who knows what your brain thinks that as,,,i could be watching a scary movie or something but why should you blow away your energy now its time to conserve to survive) ....so now we are looking at nuerotransmitter and endocrine interaction...thats why i HATE SSRI and SNRI like prozac effexor...wife was on effexor when she came down she blew up 10 lbs of all fat, such a fucked up medication.

anyways. thats why i think cortisol goes up, BG goes up, appetite goes up due to nuerotransmitter (im thinking dopamin/serotonin imbalance) ...and other peptide hormones are in play.

CRH from hypothalamus makes ACTH and cort goes up,,,,sometimes when i wake up way early in the morning when i was younger i was nauseous and not hungry at all, CRH does that,,,cort does opposite usually, so if someone is not hungry maybe their HPA (hypothalamus/pituitary/adrenal) axis is messy.

people shouldnt personify hormones either,,,yes cortisol means stress but its just an indicator for 100000 things in the body.

cortisol is good for bacterial infection fighting immunology..where cortisone is good for viral and so on,,,balance is a must.
