WIsh u all guys here a Merry Christmas to you and your familes!! For all of us crazy about gym this was a hard year,that is place that keeps us sane like a therapy something we wake up every day and cant wait to it,also many of us lost jobs due to covid and or even loved ones. Hope everything is very soon behind us and we can start 2021 lot better! At least today forget about all the worries in the world and enjoy this beautiful holiday!!

Merry Christmas you beautiful people!!!! It has been truly a hard year, but as we say "Go hard or go home"! There are people among us who have suffered a lot, but there is no way it will break us and stop from achieving our ultimate goals.
This year brought a lot of sadness and hardships to our doors, but, I believe, there was a few great things also. It has brought the families together and showed us all what the true meaning of the word "Care" means.
I would like to thank those of us, has been a motivation for others, and showed how strong the heart can really be.
Now lets just leave all the bad things behind, and make our way towards the fresh start.
Merry Christmas everyone, lets just make the most of it and be proud of ourselves!!!!!!

I was training at 2am UK time Lol I love being able to train on Xmas day rather than having to do what my other half wants to do all day long - which normally consists of sitting at their parents house bored AF lol
