I also lift heavy this really helped with my sore muscles. I have not tried this yet but plan to, Ladies for all those who suffer with cellulite, I really think using the bob and brad on the area would have positive effects.
Massage gun feels nice. Have you ever tried them? I wanted to get rid of cellulite, and I read on ambrosae.com that some massage guns can help me. I bought some of them, and they really helped me. After three months of regularly using the massage gun, my cellulite is not so noticeable. I think that it is a great result. Unfortunately, the massage gun is no longer effective because, with the rest of the cellulite I have, only a massage master can help me get rid of it, and now I am searching for a good master in my city.
I mean I’d assume the scar tissue would break up. Same concept with muscular adhesions, physical therapists manually break up the adhesions with their hands.
Youd assume in normal life....possibly. But stabbing yourself with a needle for weeks, cycled over years is not normal. Adding scar tissue tenderizing a wound is not normal.
Why?
Look at a steak. Thats the same as your muscle group. So you inject which makes a bolus. Which tears apart fibers. And then massaging or machine massaging forces that bolus to move, further tearing your meat. Following week you pin again.....
Use heat. Heat adds blood flow. Bloodflow increases healing. Use smaller pins. Use less cc per inject. Use 10 or more points of injection. Pin an hour preworkout to boost that bloodflow.
Everything is correctly painted, everything is to the point and in fact. But it’s easier for people to come up with all sorts of nonsense and make mistakes, so that later they can bring themselves to serious problems. Such is life, such is man
RustyhookerNo...it causes damage to tissue. Heat pad
PropheticWookieI don’t quite understand, but what is the goal, to remove bumps from injections?

RustyhookerIt says at pin points.
I bet it’s agony if you did it straight after. A warm bath would help disperse it and should minimize pip
RustyhookerNo...dont...scar tissue buildup. Do you really use steroids?

Wow Rusty.....it seems like you’ve ansothis question before....lol
RustyhookerFew times. Lol! I should build up the forums again.
If only there was a forum topic about pip .....lol...
RustyhookerLmao! It must be bad gear. The 18ga was new and sharp!
Yes but only on weeks I don't pin a certain spot. It's not something you want to do after pinning.
This will make the PIP worse. Bad idea
Molinin302Stop, no, don't.
Say no more! I was just curious because I have access to one and wasn’t quite sure.
