Massage gun at pin points?

ad

Anyone ever use a massage gun on injection sites?

I also lift heavy this really helped with my sore muscles. I have not tried this yet but plan to, Ladies for all those who suffer with cellulite, I really think using the bob and brad on the area would have positive effects.

Massage gun feels nice. Have you ever tried them? I wanted to get rid of cellulite, and I read on ambrosae.com that some massage guns can help me. I bought some of them, and they really helped me. After three months of regularly using the massage gun, my cellulite is not so noticeable. I think that it is a great result. Unfortunately, the massage gun is no longer effective because, with the rest of the cellulite I have, only a massage master can help me get rid of it, and now I am searching for a good master in my city.

I bet it’s agony if you did it straight after. A warm bath would help disperse it and should minimize pip

I mean I’d assume the scar tissue would break up. Same concept with muscular adhesions, physical therapists manually break up the adhesions with their hands.

Yes but only on weeks I don't pin a certain spot. It's not something you want to do after pinning.

This will make the PIP worse. Bad idea

Say no more! I was just curious because I have access to one and wasn’t quite sure.
