+ 7 MASS SPECTRUM/ANGUS & PAST EVENTS
Well I guess most of you know now what happened to the most popular "lab" tester on eroids. He conducted himself on here as a professional however most of you know that we all hide behind a computer screen/ keyboard however what he did was just wrong. He made it seem that he worked in a lab and knew the ins and outs of spectrum purity testing however he did not. I remember submitting tests and it would come back like 87%... some odd number to add to the credibility to his tests however a week later I would submit another sample from the same batch and he would state that it was like 92%... He also could not run samples unless a log was sent to tell him what each sample was. I would send samples numbered 1..2..3... etc, then send a key that would tell him what each was such as: 1-Test E, 2-Test P, 3-EQ, Etc... I wonder how much money he got away with from these "Lab tests" Kind of makes me sick. What is everyones' thoughts on this matter?

just went threw 4+ hrs of the debate you had with angus and src testing ... i can say i learned a lot and ruined my sleeping lol...but it was one of the best debates in a while i have read...
Big is a subjective term. My idea of ridiculously huge, could be aces idea of a perfect date. As for part 2. When a medical professional says that the Dr's exam must be held on the edge of a cliff. Lets just say it was either back up, or go over. At least I'm here to tell the tale.

Ok, so I still have a couple of questions for the op that haven't been answered.
1. Where the hell was the scrutiny on your part, while recieving all of these tests? Seems to me this is just an attempt to distance yourself from somebody you were happy to align yourself with when he was helping you.
And for CBBurr..your defense of Angus has me a little curios especially given the fact that your AVi is none other than the Simpsons character..ANGUS MACMORAN! Some similiarities if you ask me. Lol.

I've been rooting for Angus since the accusations started flying, and kinda like a patriots fan, I don't want to think that my team was cheating.

I go by what the admins of this site tell us is happening. i place my trust in them to tell me the truth about whats really going on. when this post first started, it was mentioned by one of the mods that angus was bullshitting and these tests werent legit. So for some of us i think, myself included, it wasnt bashing angus now that he wasnt here, it was just being shocked at what i was told was the truth , after angus seemed to be held in such a high regard around this site.

Angus sent me a email he is well and free. He said someone wanted to setup him but was very fast cleared and everything dropped. I did not pasted all the part of that message because were too many details.

I negged him because he was one of the guys that benefited the most from mass specs done by Beaker and Angus, and now that Angus is banned he's flip flopping. He had a line of gear with Beakers pic on it, and then posts this.

Again, this post is not violating any rules and anyone's personal issues or feelings need to be addressed in a different manner at a different time. As far as mass specs, I told all you guys months and months ago , the method of testing that was being done and advertised by our boy was incorrect for testing finished product. A very little bit of research and you'd see what exactly the electrospray mass spectrometer is capable of. then you'll realize that in order to test finished products as was the case around these parts, you would need a Gas Chronography mass spectrometer. Not once did I see a mention of that test. But whatever
Nitti, you've earned my respect as a mod and I have offset my neg. I think the dialog we had going was the way to handle this situation, and was disappointed to see that Angus was banned and the banner jumped on him when he was already down.
I'll go offset my other neg, the one to the DrB2014, who also waited till angus was banned to voice his opposing view. A pretty lame thing to do if you ask me.
If we were allowed to, I'd neg goth for starting the jail rumor, and Alin for waiting two months to get back to MD on the lab challenge.

It isn't the greatest system we have but we are working on it and trying to get the message out that karma is insignificant. Nothing more than a popularity contest.

Fair enough. Mostly because you have clearly invested time and thought into the matter, and because you're so charming, i'll fall back and retire from the thread. Reason #3 is the only one I accept and agree with, but for integrity sake, I don't disagree. I do however think that there was a lot more to this than was let on by angus. In the end it isn't really my business. When I had to, I challenged him and you're right. He responded by saying he wasn't conducting the tests, but when I made him aware of my own research, he said he would have his tester reply accordingly and i'm still waiting for that. Like 6 months now? But as long as the community as a whole understands what these tests are and what to expect when reading them. Just like every other aspect of a capitalist society, this testing scheme has been corrupted and the ignorance of the masses (by ignorance I don't mean stupid. I think people wanted to believe these tests were rock solid so they turned a blind eye) allowed the shit to continue in excess of a year. I along with others repeatedly beat the drums of reason and asked that ppl take them with a grain of salt. No way of testing is going to outweigh simple human experience. I prefer to test products by trying them out and reading between the lines with UGL's. When they're hot, jump in and get your shit. But don't latch on to their sac because chances are, you'll be crying foul in the end. In the name of accuracy I will retract my prior statements that insinuate Angus knowingly defrauded members with made up tests. It's just as likely he passed along samples and passed back results and nothing more. I don't believe in kicking a man when he's down.
i negged it because i think its all pretty much bullshit and whenever any normal member makes a bullshit post it gets negged all to hell so i think sources should get the same treatment.
