Mail Problems

Hey I made a few orders from the same source last month. The first one was shipped in like 3 days which was great. The 2nd one I waited about 3 weeks and it never showed up so I emailed the source and he said it must have been a mail problem and he shipped it again no problem. Now its been another 2 weeks and it still hasn't shown up. This is just getting really annoying. Has anyone had a problem like this before. Do you think the post office is seizing anything shipped under my name or something?
Appreciate any help or suggestions. If this is against forum rules my bad just not sure what to do and couldn't find any answers in a search.

When seized you get a letter(could take a long time). Have you noticed your mail man getting bigger ,slamming the mail in the box and staring at everyone as if to say bring it on I will kill you? You probable should edit the sources name out of this post as well. This could be the source screwing you or this could be you trying to screw the source as well. There is a lot of things that could be going wrong. Maybe pm the source and ask him what they think is the problem.
haha yea I joked to my friend about how my fucking mailman must be getting huge on my sauce, but it's ridiculous at this point I just want my shit.
*edited out the source/names in my post, good call, he seemed like he was fine with sending it again so I don't think its on his end but he also can't give me a shipping/tracking number.
