Lump 8 inches from inject site?

So, this morning i did a front quad injection of tren and sustanon in my normal spot and now i got a large lump about 8 inches down from the injection site right above my knee cap and my knee is starting to swell up a little. I've had water in my knees before and it dosent feel like thats the case. There is normally very little pip with the stuff i have been running. Kinda wierd. Did i hit a nerve perhaps? Any insight on this?

Its sore as shit bro! It's good stuff. I'm almost two weeks in and never had an issue with soreness before this. And it's no where near my inject site. It's not hot or red, just hurts like hell.
Muscles compensation. Nerve network senses pain and that signal covers area. The sust i did..just like that. Try the hot soak. Dont rub. If it does the sore thing it does happen. I switched to glutes and had red spots on inj site during cycle. Looked like i was the target for pellet gun war.
Justkeep eye on it. Ouch
Sust for me was similar and five days of peg leg. Is it hot like having issues or sore lump? If its not hot like an issue hot bath soak. If sust is wuality and ya know its gtg....i had to glute shot my last cycle or i looked like a pirate.
