Lots of PIP/tenderness
So this is just a general question? I've been off the gear for about two years due to a shoulder injury just recently got back on currently experimenting on different doses and how it affects my body, about five weeks in right now I started it 250 and bumped it up slowly to 400 Still trying to experiment and see what works and how it works for me but I'm gettingSirius PIP from my directions but never really had this problem in the past not sure if it is the gear itself or if I'm injecting too fast I currently Heat the liquid up before I in drawl the liquid and heat up the syringe to to keep the liquid warm before injection does anyone have any pointers on how to possibly make the PIP less painful and kind of slowly go down faster, currently takes about a week and two days depending on injection site for the PIP and tenderness to go down. trenandmentusing a hot towel makes swelling go down ,ice pack makes bigger .think thats due to gear crystallising try whats best for you ,depends why its swole .
I'll try with hot rags next injection for sure brother I appreciate the input.
trenandmentif the gear has crytalised or you gone into some scar tissue when it cools it will crytalize depends what gear it is ,if not try the ice pack and ibuprofen ,i have even put a wet rag in a freezer bag and microwave it fo 30 seconds ,i not a doctor it may help or not but it helped me .good
