+ 1 Looking for a steroid coach
Hey guys! So first a little about me. I'm an olympic weightlifter and have been weightlifting for 2 years (I know not long). I am a national caliber lifter and have hit my top national potential. I have only used pro-hormones before to get to the level I am at. Now, I wish to compete internationally, if you don't know in order to get into the international game of weightlifting one must take anabolics. So now here! I do not plan to compete while this period of my life when I'm on stuff. I have no USAW membership anymore, I wish to do this properly. I plan to take 2 years off competing, I believe this, with the help of anabolics, will be enough to get me to the international level. Just need to know where to start and what not. I do not care about weight gain bc I will not be competing anyways. Thanks!!!

So hey, when did you graduate the academy?
Master of subtlety.
lmao right
Lmao...good call.
The academy?
What your friends said about test susp and tren is not what you need at this point. Gotta start with the basics just like everyone else. And do not for one second underestimate the power of a basic test cycle. Just start doing reaearch on a basic test cycle, ai, pct, side effects, injection technique, site rotation, needle sizes, time on and time off, I'm probably forgetting some stuff but that will get you started.
And send me a fr and a pm and I'll help you as much as I can.
You're 25, of course. You started Olympic lifting at 23. What's your best snatch and clean & jerk? I assume you were competing at 77 kg.? I have the American records in front of me. Are you American?
We'll help you out in any case, but that's quite the lead in and bends the imagination a bit.
GearHead, my best snatch is 143kg in training, and best clean and jerk is 165kg. I competed in the 69kg weight class. The 2014 nationals was my last meet, I did not make weight, missed by .4kg. And yes i'm American, I was going for both records that day, I would've beat the snatch record by 5kg and the clean and jerk by 1kg.
Judging by your response to fitcpl2529, you should take plenty of time to research the basics. The cycle you proposed is not appropriate as given by your powerlifting colleagues. Read through the stickies in the forum sections, check out the numerous first cycles posted in the cycle logs and come back with a reasonable proposal. Aqueous test, tren and HGH is not a reasonable proposal. Read about PCT, AIs and the works and get your first cycle down on paper for the community to review. We do not do concierge cycle design here. It is a learning process for you to be able to put together your first program.
Hey little bro, welcome to Eroids. I think ifs cool that you have high weight lifting aspirations. There are a shitload of people here that will help you, and that are always willing to help. Let me give you the best advice that I can. Learn diet, learn diet, learn diet, learn diet, and then learn diet more. This is how you start. There are some really awesome diet resources around here and some really awesome power lifting resources, but seriously bro, unless you know diet first, you'll just be wasting gear. Feel free to hit me up and I'll give you the names of a few power lifters around here if you haven't found them yet, and they can point you in the right direction. Best of luck. Slow and steady winds the race. Juiced and lazy gets you fat and moody.
Very nice reply n helpful to the new youngster. Nice to see easygoing comments to the new ones asking questions they need to be a little bit more knowledgeable about. I have watched Mr kfizzle grow n it definitely starts with diet.
There's thousands of people on this site, hundreds who know a thing or two and probly 60 or so who have it down to a science. How many more coaches to you need? Thing is you won't get a "magical" cycle..planned out for you. This Is the part where you have to put in some work and figure out the basics first. Once you do that there's enough people here that would help you out with anything you need to know (I see it all the time). Just stay humble and be respectful it goes a long way here. Good luck
Thanks for the reply. Yes, now the fun begins, learning so much already, so many people are willing to help. Thanks
Your 25yo and weight 177 with no bf% ? I'm no vet but reality is you are vague in your goals no real description to anything other than an Olympic weight lifter? You only been lifting 2 years honestly I can offer sound advice to what you have given and that's eat, eat big to grow big. I'm in no way trying to bash you so please don't think so. But diet is key to this life AAS only are an aid in getting over a hump. Tell us more about your diet, your goals would this be a first ever cycle, and be open to constructive criticism.
@only1cat Thanks for the reply, sorry I was a little vague. Firstly, yes i'm 25 weigh 177 with a 7% body fat. My diet is dialed in, and I have a nutrition coach. Typical day for me for e.g. is in the morning i'll have 6 eggs, chicken breast, and an avocado. First snack before I work out i'll eat 2 cups sweat potato. Lunch, i'd have same chicken or steak I cooked for breakfast, 2 cups of white rice, with fatty protein shake(use coconut milk and omega 3,6,9 oil). Second snack is usually small, some nuts or something. Lastly, dinner is usually always fish bc i eat late and its not super filling, with 2 cups of broccoli. Hope that helped a little to understand my diet. Now goals, what is holding me back as of now is my strength, i must get stronger. Yes, this will be my first cycle ever, and definitely open to constructive criticism.
Hey weightlifter.
Like people have said, do a little research first and familiarize yourself with the basics. Once you've gotten an idea of what might work for you, post your goals, stats and proposed cycle in the Steroid Cycle forum. You'll get all the feedback you need to move forward. Given your timeline for returning to competition in two years, make sure to include this info in that post as steroid detection times will play a role in your regimen as time proceeds. Once you've posted there, a few people in the community with similar backgrounds and goals as you, with experience to boot, may gravitate to you and be of particular assistance. Best of luck.
@TimberDog Thanks for the reply. Yes, right now I can see its about the research, so research I am doing. And perfect about posting proposed cycle, I didn't know there was a forum for that, will do. Thanks!
killuminatinice, what are your stats and lifts looking like?
Steroid coach....Look behind you, okay now look to the left now turn right....okay look up&down still nothing???Okay try looking in front of you in that big mirror thats your steroid coach.Do your OWN research its doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure how to run something properly with the technology we got today. After you come up with something you can ask if someone can help you fine tune the details good luck...
Familiarize yourself w the rules and the stickies on the forums, use the magnifying glass to quick search on any nutrition/aas/pct topic your researching on. Research lots goodluck bro & welcome to eroids.
RustyhookerRead and research. You'll not find a person to hold your hand here sir. Do you like bacon and cheese??
