Looking for a coach
ad
Been absent on e roids awhile. Ventured over to Reddit, yikes lol. Main reason for posting as for someone who doesn’t have an instagram or facebook I am having trouble finding a reputable coach. I want to hire a coach for athletic performance, meal plans, programs, & ped management. If a coach told me I had potential to compete would definitely be interested. But for now I am solely looking for coaching. I am 6 years into training 35 y/o next week & truly have digested, read, studied so much that I feel like I’ve hit a plateau. I’m here to take it serious I’m a competitive guy still playing sports and seeking the next challenge. Thanks in advance

I scrolled through NPC 2025 Schedule for you real quick. There's an NPC show in Chattanooga the weekend of June 20-21. You should show up early and stay late, talk to some of the competitors, might get to meet some of their coaches. Alot of knowledgeable NPC officials should be there to talk with about getting registered and all that good stuff. You might just get lucky and find a great local coach. Worst case you get to enjoy the show, get to watch some proper posing, soak it all in and watch the IFBB Bikini girls compete. Sounds like a pretty good plan doesn't it. https://npcjrnats.com/venue/
That or just hire Hany Rambod
That’s some good out of the box advice. Didn’t think about that!
This is great advice!
A real coach will be physically THERE in your area. Any competitions or gyms with competitors in it? Golds was one big spot for getting inside info,
My old gym slightly further from me had some pros and few guys that I felt took it as serious as I do. But they all had coaches. Maybe I can check in with them but that gym blows camel cock and I’d have to rejoin there lol
Picking their brains is great! Then you know first hand whos who. And even if you had to pay gym occasionally a guest fee at least the coach is right there for real advice and viewing.
Where you based
I’m in East Tennessee
If you were in the uk i could possibly have helped you out but as your in the states I couldn’t give you the time or dedication required. If you post up a log on here and tag me I will happily look in from time to time and give you advice for free if I think you’re going wrong or need to change something up . Good luck fella
I appreciate the transparency for sure. I can post my program and meals and cycle history and current trt dose. Would never turn down free advice lol. I’ll type it up! Thanks again for taking time respond.
Respect for not trying to fleece this dude! (I know ya wouldn’t though, lol!)
I know so many cats that try to get money from online coaching and just give info they look up and spit back out. I don’t trust online coaches or even believe there’s many worth a damn!
The best coaches I’ve had in my life are the ones in person. If we can’t build a real working relationship and have chemistry it’s not going to be as beneficial as I’d like. Sending videos of lifts is VERY different than having someone there to physically correct you and give you that advice. It takes time and dedication that many people do not possess!
Local gyms will have some legitimate trainers, and the deeper you look online the more specialists you will get in contact with.
Good luck and you will find that person my man!
As Stokes said plenty of us here are more than happy to give feedback and advice if you ever need it brother
I work fully remote and it is tough sometimes just in a career POV. But I feel it’s worth a shot with someone reputable via virtual. As for someone local tho I just don’t know anyone. My old gym had a few IFBB pros but they all had coaches themselves. Kinda stumped at the moment.
I agree mate
I can message you, if you accept my FR
