light brown urine

ad

taking dbol at 25mgs a day. started noticing that my urine comes out a little light brown. not much but enough where i can notice. I know when its dark brown its a sign of dehydration and a strain on the kidneys/liver. I already drink only water as it is. Should i start upping my water intake just in case? or is this normal. I only pee this color when im at the gym working out not when im home.

the good thing is , at least your d-bol is good!!! hahaha look into liv-52, milk thistle, lechithin, and or glutathione.also vit-c in three 1 gramm doses, buy a combo-flax, borage and fish oil, and plenty more water..and vit-e, remember supps that say for cholesterol support are also for the liver which can accummulate fatty tissue and release cholesterol into your bloodstream!!!!

2 gallons of water a day keeps the doctor away. Oh and it makes your body happy especially your kidneys

If it gets darker and stays that way, see a doctor bec it means your liver is shutting down, im talking if it gets dark dark golden and stays like that..... if its back and forth like you say, drink more water and take liver supps

Try increasing water intake. I had this problem after taking a diuretic last comp. only my piss was almost like coke. Once fluid was introduced it went away. It could also be your liver passing protein into your urine as it isn't processing it. But that's a whole diff kettle of fish. Try water first.
