How does one get their Karma reinstated? I had a review that got labeled as fake. It was not and I commented back as much and updated the review with additional information. The review was then reinstated but my Karma got deleted somehow.

The source bought the review as he did others. If you look, several reviews were marked as fake. Let it go, you're not going to be able to talk your way out of it. Yeah, it's unfair, bla bla bla...
