About a month ago I posted an issue with one Equi from goat seepage and two test mix also from goat seepage, the test was very cloudy, and the Equi was leaking out oil.
I got in touch with PMgimp, since the Equi was or could have been contaminated, he right away sent me a new one, no questions asked.
About two test mix, he sent me a message and adviced me to boil them in hot water a couple of times with written instructions of how to do it, I provided pics through out the process, it could not be fixed. after that he reshipped two new test mix, I received all my new items and they look great.
Honestly I just wanna thank PMgimp for his great service, he takes this very serious and I give them 10 out of 10 hands down. Thank you!!
