Is this 1 year transformation legit.

ad

This transformation was apparently accomplished within one year and three months. I have never in my life Seen anyone with these kind of genetics in that period of time. Is this even possible? My understanding is that from base that would take at least three years with steroids and everything else super on point. Shoulders like a Greek god. I mean, if I’m wrong and this guy has accomplished this within 15 months, it’s amazing.

Bro… if that transformation happened in 15 months flat, naturally or even just on TRT, I’ll eat a fucking dumbbell.

Let’s be real, this ain’t just good genetics, this is pharmaceutical-grade wizardry. You don’t go from dad-bod with signs of gyno and high visceral fat to Greek-statue delts, etched abs, and striated everything in a year and some change without a full protocol. We’re talking gear, diet, cardio, GH, insulin sensitivity, sleep dialed in, stress near zero, and a coach who probably charges 4 figures a month.

Now is it possible, Yeah, with a blast-cruise lifestyle, no missed meals, no skipped cardio, and absolutely zero bullshit for 15 months straight. But for 99.9% of people, That’s a 3-year minimum grind, even on cycle. And even then, most don’t look like this unless they’re stepping on stage or being paid to sell the lifestyle.

Also… those capped delts and vascular forearms, That’s not just test and chicken breast, that’s either high-dose anabolics or a blend like Test/NPP/Tren with HGH running quietly in the background.

So nah, you’re not crazy. That’s an elite-tier transformation and if he did it clean, he needs to donate his DNA to science. Truth is He’s on a stack with a carry-on luggage of vials!!

I wont say impossible but certainly not probable. Is this supposed to be the first time in his life he got jacked? Or was he jacked for years prior and let himself go for a while so he could show this kind of quick transformation? There's a pretty big difference between someone who has the muscle memory from being in shape and knows what he's doing compared to someone just stepping into the gym as a complete noob in his 30s-40s.

Good point

There's also the possibility that those pictures were presented out of order. Lots of influencers who are in great shape take a pic of themselves and then let themselves go for a while to take another out of shape pic then claim the out of shape was first and the jacked pic was the recent one. Then they try to sell some program or supplements using their pics as "proof" what they're selling works.

Top pic has arm tattoo and bottom dont. This is click bait, copied and pasted. Delete this whole post. Post your own or real forum topics and we will give you karma that way.

I thought that at first. Tattoos on the opposite arm.

I see it now, i apologize

Yeah second one is a mirror shot so it’s reversed

Mikeyt84LINY's picture

I think so. I've seen some prior transform in the country on pull up dip push up routines.
And upstate with weights. I say yeah. Especially if he's got money and all he does is workout no work 100,% genetics. And just cuz someone don't have they think I'd not possible for someone else. Someone with week tho this is no big deal

That’s exactly what I thought. If he has money and all he does is work out… it’s good reading the varied thoughts.

Pandateston's picture

Why’d he crop the head in the top pic? Makes it hard to tell if it’s even a fair comparison

Yeah I’m not buying that either. Although the tattoo is on the opposite arm. His followers appear to be on his side…

It'll of been 3 or 4 years - I'll bet any money he's also 'offering' to show you how he did it for a fee too .....

It's the same scenario with ALL these bloody clowns posting Tik Tok and Youtube videos - they are either trying to coerse you into watching all of the video to generate viewing stats or trying to sell/get you to sign up to something. All of them in some way or another are after money.

Pandateston's picture

Exactly bro, that’s the game nowadays. Crop the head, toss a dramatic “before,” then hit you with a coaching link or ebook pitch. Most of them bank on lighting, filters, or a conveniently vague timeline. Gotta keep the BS radar sharp these days.
Sucks though…there are legit professionals out there, but for every one clown doing shady marketing, everyone ends up paying the price in credibility

This …. It’s actually an X post of an account. The guy swears it’s legit. I just ventured for other opinions. I think he promotes supplements… still great gains regardless

press1's picture

Just look at the size and the quality of the shoulder before and after - you do not get a fully balanced shoulder in all areas like that going from someone who has never lifted to a year later. There is literally zero muscle on him and a tonne of shit before.

press1's picture

I must admit, I'm sceptical that this kind of transformation - especially in the arms and shoulder areas can be achieved within a year. @SeeOhShow

FatBoy26's picture

Just the shoulders alone they’re like Star Wars Death Stars either side. Plus his age he’s not exactly young either.

SeeOhShow's picture

Definitely not possible in a year.

press1's picture

LMFAO I read this wrong before as I thought the member was saying he has achieved this because of some of the comments below, so now I will be totally honest - IT'S BULLSHIT!!!! Lol

Well done bro. Can only imagine the hard work you put in every hour of the week.

It absolutely can happen in one year!! Roids speed things up incredibly so if he had a strict diet and hit the gym constantly it is very possible. I myself have seen a drastic change in just 4 months I did however use retatrutide with gear to get the lean look.

retatrutide is expensive glad it worked for you. I’ve ran a few cycles but those kind of gains especially in the shoulder mass just seem like a 4 year journey. Slow and steady. I’m definitely prepared to be wrong though

Aggieguy's picture

I promise its possible, I wish i had a before pic and after of me, the change is shocking and my friend also seen huge changes and that was just in 4 months. I keep getting asked what I do and all. The muscle def and everything I was way over weight and retatrutide shredded it off and the gear built the muscle at the same time.

I’m going to try this. Got any recommends for peptides places ? I think I’m allowed to ask for that. I’m over weight too. Well beyond cutting.

I will DM you if you accept my request. I cannot say sources on here its against the rules.

The shoulder tat doesn't look the same necessarily, it's tough to tell

It was hard to tell at first
