+ 1 Is it legal for me to personally import drugs*
ad
Below are the guidelines from the FDA concerning personal importation of drugs. As you will see, there are exceptions for steroids if the right conditions are met. The largest hurdle is of course the prescription from a doctor. With all of the HRT clinics popping up I'm wondering how hard it would really be to get a prescription. Has anyone ever actually tried it, I'd love to hear any experience. It's an interesting thought if nothing else.

I'm on trt regimen as of last 8 yrs, plus random cycles I've run. It wasn't hard to get a script, it's hard to keep a script. With random bloods pulled ANY highly elevated testosterone they will lower dosage if levels are still high they will drop you. I get my medicine delivered to me it's very expensive. I've even had my DR give a release form & prescription # to a Candaian pharmaceutical company for me to get meds at a discount, there was still a bunch of red tape. With FDA regulations varing from country to country they actually keep a tighter hold on what is "authorized" to enter customs and DR's don't like getting calls to answer questions. Been south of the border many of times, had a buddy of mine had a script for clenbutarol "for his asthma" for yrs they filled it , then out of no where it's a no go!! My advice is if you want to get on trt or you legitimately need it, play by the rules or ALWAYS have a stash from a solid reliable source in case shit goes south.
Also they put your name in a data base, so you don't double dip on multiple Dr's.

That's really good information man, I appreciate hearing about your experience.
It's funny how your name goes in to a data base to keep you from getting your hands on more than one script, but the pill seekers are left unchecked to create a nation wide opioid epidemic.
Double edged sword, in politics hands!!

As stated below by yourself " a creative hrt clinician"
Well they wouldnt need to give you a script to order of the internet overseas would they?
Problem aswell is every single vial, pill or drug sold online with or with out a script is classed as a counterfeit drug as it is not fda or government approved so youd be fucked either way look up operation pangea.
There are sources who send with forged scripts or real scripts from their own country and will literally fill it all out for you- thats a false sense of security imo as its still illegal counterfeit products and your still fucked for importing.
Im in australia and this shit equals jail - ten vials would get you 18months behind bars and about 20-50 grand in fines.
A legitamate qualified doctor over here is actually going through court right now for importing legit hgh and prescribing it to legit patient for certain reasons, he has had his lisence stripped untill outcome of court case, its not illegal for a specialist to prescribe hgh to patients under strict guidelines/ testing and with proper government authority but its because he imported it so hes fucked, so no a script isnt going to bypass the laws.
You need trt go get tested and if you actually need it they will put you on proper path.
I mean whats the deal? Just get it domestic under fake name and order from fake phone on wifi in an internet cafe- never keep that phone at your premises and the older the phone the better.
Fake names to set up email etc and pick an annonymous way paying.
Its simple- no paper trail - no case.
Follow those steps so there is no history or proof of order/ purchase and then if a pack arrives at your address under that fake females name you cant help that someone overseas sent those products there by mistake.
I mean fuck a bottle of decent test is like $25 bux these days.
If your that paranoid you better stop now and start either basket weaving or knitting.
Thats pretty creative Flash and I agree, but this is just conjecture, I've got loads of gear and get it the exact same way you do, well except for the Internet cafe. I've never seen any agency go after a personal use importer (U.S.), I have plenty of love letters from customs and yet I still don't worry, this is simply playing with the idea of exploiting the existing loopholes that exist and a slight irritation that the HRT clinics around me charge over $3k per month for 2iu ED of GH, it's really nothing more than that. +1 for the basket weaving bit, that was a nice touch.
We dont condone putting yourself on trt "just because." Either you need to be on it due to medical problems which a doctor will help you with or you dont plain and simple.
Im sure there are other forums you can join that will help you fuck up your hpta "just because." This is not one of them.
And fix your stats too.
Not at any time did I suggest anyone put themselves on TRT.
I don't see how taking the advice and supervision of an HRT doctor could be possibly be construed as irresponsible, especially when compared to bro-science.
What I did do was pose questions about the loopholes in the current FDA regulations regarding personal importation of products that everyone here is already using, (most of them without any medical advice at all) and how an HRT doctor may be able to help keep people safe legally.
That being said, I will fix my stats as requested.
Personally? you mean crossing the border with a controlled substance in your possession?
It's not worth the risk
just it send to a p.o box
That's not what I mean, that's the title of the article.
The cartell does it all the time with out a prescription
Which cartel, there are too many to count.
The Cubans, man got to get some of those cigars across the border before Trump Build That Wall

Fair enough. If I knew how to post the photo here I would but I don't. The joke is pretty well lost now anyway.
. Makes me want a bigmac. Or 3
Don't eat that shit man, it's not even food. I thought it was a funny way to reply to Rusty but I wouldn't eat there. By the way, Rusty didn't find it quite as funny.
I only do it on Pizza day at the PF. Pretty disappointing they only let me have one slice got to compensate with a couple of those Big Mac. Funny how that works though there is a McDonald's next every PF in the country. Hope I don't get my ass crawled for dropping Source names
I thought it was funny

First class D I'll read up on that. Thanks for the education.
so that takes AI's, SERMS, hgh, test and nandrolone off the table
and that takes the rest of the lot off of the table
EDIT: I'd love to be wrong on this, I just wouldn't risk it.
But does it take it all off the table ? You can argue that these products cause no greater harm than any and every drug on the market and therefore do not pose an unreasonable health risk. There is no formal process for PIP exemption and therefore all of it is left to interpretation, as a matter of fact, the import alert list contains damn near everything: anti aging cream, shampoo, diet pills, pet medications and on and on.
Im sure you're right but has anyone ever verified that it is impossible ? There is no doubt that everything available here is on the import alert list, 66-71 actually spells out somatotropin, but the contents of almost every package at customs contains something on this list but is still permitted. I realize that no one here would ever attempt to utilize the PIP exemption but if there is an HRT doctor out there that would use the exemption it would be entertaining to see. In the relm of market competition I would imagine that surely some clinic has thought about importing a cheaper version of these medications. What was the answer they got ?
I see what you're saying. But you figure test hgh and nandrolone ARE approved by the FDA, so they'd be out (theoretically), and I just figure it takes the rest off the table because they're schedule 3 controlled substances, and it said that PIP doesn't change the other laws. It would be as if you brought in dope in their eyes. I agree you could argue their safety, but unfortunately they already have their minds made up on that.
I'd be interested in the clinic thought you had though. But I would think that if FDA approved and marketed substances are off the table, then that would rule them out, no?
I would say yes all of them are off the table. The only reasonable hope would be, let's say a more "creative" HRT clinician. Perhaps the endorsement and supervision of a medical professional would carry some weight, would it be enough, I doubt it but I honestly don't know anyone who's had the balls to try it.
Next topic will be digging up info on the prosecution of violating these rules.
NOTE: I do not condone illegal activity. I do I suggest challenging these laws in any regard or poking any bear with a stick. This is for entertainment purposes only.
Would be interesting.
And of course. I didn't take it any other way.
Here is an interesting document concerning the FDA's PIP exemption (Personal Importaion Policy) notice how it's states that a prescription is not required, there are some other hurdles but apparently not that one.
