Is HCG a scheduled drug?

I'm looking to buy HCG from an over seas supplier. I live in USA, Ohio. From what little I can find online its sounds like it's not a big deal in most states but is scheduled like steroids in some states. Does any one know? What is the penalty if caught? I order my roids domestic since I'm a bit paranoid of a controlled delivery though I know its unlikely.

HCG got scheduled, it is schedule 3. because some fuckwits thought it was great for fat burning and a bunch of women were using it to burn fat. Called the "HCG diet".
Yeah, it's scheduled and controlled. AAS are schedule III I believe, I would imagine that HCG is the same but I'm not sure. Federal law will always trump state law (no pun intended), so technically as long as it is scheduled under FCSA, state law won't matter unless it restricts it further than state law. That is why the feds could theoretically still hit the marijuana shops in states that have legalized it.
HCG is considered a Scheduled drug in the following states: Connecticut, Idaho, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. I doubt most people would even know what it is, and I would not be overly concerned about being in possession of it.

I don't think Ohio USA narrows it down too much. I'd just like to know what would happen if they seized it and unlikely wanted to do something more than a seizure letter.
