Injection Redness, Warm and Migration?

I pinned a Organon Sus 250 redyject 1ml into left delt on sunday. I got the usual sus pain, but two days later and there is a smooth red patch that is slightly warm to the touch. Don't feel like I have a fever, but when should I get worried? I did the alcohol swabbing and I am fairly certain this stuff from Organon shouldn't be contaminated. The redness is not swollen or even that sore. It's also about 2 inches below the injection site.
This is a new one for me. I suppose I'll watch my fever, but any advice when I should get to a doctor?

I had this 3 weeks ago on my glut and thought the same as you but after 4 days it was away. It was Test p I was using and I didn't rub it in any so I put it down to this
Also wondering you switched to a smaller needle tipp for thighs?
sus hurts in general, but the warmness freaked me a bit. The needle size is what came with the redijects. Not sure about the gage. I'll check
it out.
