You're needing different workout? The vets can help out....
I don't understand your comment? Are you saying that we that take AAS are girls or this guy is actually natural? I don't know how to take this so I'll give you both sides of my opinion. First He his definitely juiced, seeing him eat some amino acids or creatine is just bulllshit. Second I think his work out sucks. Everyone is different, I am 6' and all legs I need to hit calfs twice a week to the point that I am crying to make them look somewhat proportionate to my upper body. This time of season for me from October to June is legs every 5 days. Again this is my weak area. It takes 5 days to rip tear and repair a muscle so I hit legs every 5 days to try to stay proportionate. My upper body grows like a weed but my legs don't. Just genetics, but at 41 I still run 3 miles in under 25 minutes at the track not a tread mill. Still don't know what your comment was about but everyone is different and needs a workout tailored made for their physic and goals.
I think he is saying that if your a weak, and out of shape, Y3T is a great program to build a good muscle base, as well as condition your body for more intense work out programs. I have seen people have great success with Y3T!!
Thanks for the insight but I think training 5 days a week plus cardio will do just that. This work out is nothing special I can right a 90 day program and guarantee results. Anyone that works out for 90 days straight with a good diet will get results. You see infomercials saying in 1 week you will loose 10 lbs. Yeah and it is all water weight.Their machines are nothing special go run for a week and you will loose 10 lbs in a week and save yourself the $100 for the machine. This comes down to 3 things. Diet, dedication and hard work.
Are you starting this soon then?
