+ 6 If it was easy everyone would do it
Ok by no means am I a professional but I do feel this subject needs to be addressed. I have seen alot of posts of guys on their first cycle taking multiple compounds with the thought process of "the more the better".If you have never taken aas you gotta do your research. There are plenty of guys on here that are willing to give their opnion and advice.
Some will be negative of course you have to expect it but most will help you reach your goals. In this day and age alot of people want everything right away but if you want quality muscle you need a quality foundation. You cannot expect to look like a Greek God overnight.
Majority of guys who do get a decent physique on cycle. Will lose it all once cycle is done those gains ain't loyal bro. Don't go the lazy route and have someone plan it out for you.Cause at the end of the day if you do not posess the knowledge needed. You will fail the reason I say that. I was that guy who made extremely bad decisions.
I trusted a personal trainer who could give a shit about what happened to me.Filled my system with all types of shit. Pinned me with an 18g could barely even walk the next day. My naive ass thought it was normal he eventually got caught up then I was left on my own mid cycle pct what was that? I sure as hell didn't know? Diet? I was told just eat everything to put on mass.
Well soon enough I ran out of gear and completely crashed system completely fucked up. Gyno the whole nine yards everything that could possibly go wrong with a cycle did. It was a nightmare had to get surgery go to a endocrinologist a urologist. Get all these damn test done most horrible 6 months of my life. All because I wanted someone to do my research for me because I wanted to be bigger at any costs....
I lost majority of the gains and confidence went down the drain. Now I am starting from scratch doing MY OWN research on diets, aas even different training exercises and techniques. If I would have just started the right way. I could have avoided all of the bullshit I had to deal with.
Moral of the story is do not rush things take care of your body take this shit seriously. If your thinking "that won't happen to me" if you don't do your research it can and will. You don't want to have to deal with all these specialist and doctors looking at you and treating you like shit.Because you had to admit to aas use.
Now your all fucked up its extremely degrading take these guys on here advice and opnions.Get blood work done if you truly want to maximize the effects of training and being on aas you need to do your RESEARCH. I study 2 hrs a day everyday on every aspect of training, aas and diets but like I said "IF IT WAS EASY EVERYONE WOULD DO IT"
Think about it your spending all this money on gear and creatine and shit but you don't know the basics then what's the point? Use your time wisely and surf through these forums. Plenty of knowledge to be gained here. Keep a log of your meals a log for your workouts so you can tweak things here and there.
All of us are different so what works for one guy may not work for you trial and error. Every true bodybuilder will tell you that they made gains and achieved their goals through trial and error.Patience is key anyways thanks for reading and take care of yourselves.

@Awaken The Beast, dude, thank you for your honest post. I hope impatient young men take your message to heart. Patience and education can save lots of money, heart ache, physical pain, and worse. Thank you for sharing your experiences so candidly with this community.
No problem bro just trying to contribute to the community. Hopefully it gets through to some even if one guy takes a step back and does research and evaluates his priorities. I felt like I did my job.
Very good post.
Thank you and appreciate you taking time to read it
AnonI think we've all be there man at one point or the other. Hell even maybe twice but I'm guilty of at one point taking the local "bro" advice. I remember it 3 bottles of test prop at 100mgs eod. And for pct? A pro hormone pct. If you want to call it a pct. Took a long ass time to recover. Lost it all. From that point on I decided to do my own research. Yes I've failed even more since then but now I am well on my way finally. Point is we all fall but when we want it bad enough we will find a way.
I just started logging my workouts and next my diet. I push this site to fellow gear heads who ask me for help or advice because I know this place is what they need. Not a place or someone to spoon feed them but hold them accountable while offering help.
Yea bro luckily we are the lucky few who lived to talk about our mistakes. We live and we learn
RustyhookerWell said!
Rusty bro, jelous of you're new avi, with franco!!!
Thanks rusty much appreciated bro thanks for reading.
I managed to get through it. I'm sure you're not the only one who has been in this situation, trusting the big dude at the gym isn't a smart move. Especially if he's selling you the gear to, it's a blatant conflict of interests/profit lol.
I'm sure I wasn't the first and won't be the last.Just trying to point out the importance of research bro. Same effort being put in the gym should be applied to research.Extremely crucial
Paragraphs bro, holy shit. I read three words and stopped.
Regardless thanks for even attempting run on sentences was an issue in school
Now, I feel like an ass. I can deal with some run on sentences. It is the lack of paragraphs that makes it a chore to read. Even if you don't know the proper way to set up your paragraphs, just adding a few makes it easier on the eyes.
Nah don't feel like an ass bro it's all good I know to improve on my writing skills now lol
This is a quality post. Thanks for the paragraphs ;).
Thanks again pez
Holy shit! That was the longest run-on sentence that I've ever read. There may have been some good "points", but they disappeared right along with the "periods".
I accept your input always had an issue with run on sentences but thanks anyways man
I was just screwing with you bro, but that was a very respecful, adult response. Much more so than mine was. +1 for not getting bent and my apologies.
It's cool bro no worries and thanks
