+ 1 How to maintain skin elasticity?
ad
I had a period of about 2 years when I didn't play sports. I'm very good. Now I am actively engaged in the hall. I'm also consulting a nutritionist. My weight started to go away. But with it, my skin becomes flabby. I am especially afraid of this appearance of wrinkles on the face. What can I do?

Alphamale500The supplement Biotin is very good for maintaining the health of your skin.
Staying hydrated, Adequate restful sleep, reduction in stress levels, exercise and proper diet.
Staying hydrated is one of the most important factor in maintaining skin elasticity. If the epidermis doesn't contain enough water it will loose elasticity and increase roughness of the skin. Water helps our organs to function at optimum levels and dehydration can cause organs to work harder, therefore speeding up the aging process.
tetajThanks a lot.
Colagen is good for the skin. As Ashop mentioned HGHis also. But you should consult a Doc if its a continuing problem.
tetajIn what form is collagen better? Could it be a cream with collagen or a bio supplement? What gives a greater effect? About HGH I found information. Is it a goromon? But I understand it only the doctor can prescribe CENSORED. And you need a statement to take HGH. I'd like more information.
If you’re real never listen to this asshole. But at this point I’m not sure you’re real.
This person just signed up today and is not even 5’5 and 150 lbs. it’s likely a woman with no experience and we’re recommending HGH?! What in the actual fuck, dude.
tetajYou are right. I have no experience.
Ok definitely no growth then. You don’t need that and it won’t help nearly enough to justify the cost. As far as the collagen, just do a little research. Unfortunately John doesn’t ever answer follow up questions to his posts, so you’re on your own there unless someone else chimes in.
Sounds like Sam has a good thing going below.
My fiancé also just got some vitamin/supplement for skin and hair. I’ll take a look at what it is and get back to you when I go downstairs. Not sure how effective it is cuz she just started taking it, but she doesn’t take anything without researching it and reading a bunch of reviews from multiple places.
It’s evolution 18 beauty glow. That’s what she got
HGH has really improved my skin, hair and nails.
So does Salmon, eggs, beans, milk, carrots, tomatoes, blueberries, and oatmeal. Better results at a far less cost.
tetajThank you for the advice. On nutrition I have already received the advice of a nutritionist. Omega 3 is an important part in nutrition should be
See my response to John. Cmon man. I like you guys but you were a little too quick on the trigger there.
John’s always saying whacky shit nowadays, but I expected better from you.
You are replying to a vendor. It would behoove any member to take advice from a vendor with a few extra grains of salt - especially if they are suggesting use of a product they sell.
Thanks for showing me the ropes, sensei...
a new member might not know that. Which is why I gave him shit.
Not intended to be a low blow or call you out, just going the same direction as you and taking it a step farther for those who might have been unaware.
Gotcha. All good man.
I +d you on a few of your posts because I agree with you on the stupidity of recommending HGH to new members.
Thanks brother. It’s all good tho the pussy negger isn’t taking any karma. Just looks annoying lol
Personally I’ve had good results with Algenist products... I’m funny about skin care.
Nohomo
Whos the troll negging everywhere?
Some trolling maggot, mate.
Are you a lady?
Sorry... it was right there.
Lol I’d be a funny looking lady. I washed my face with dawn for thirty years.
My wife hooked me up with Algenist and it does make a difference.
She’s trying to talk me into Botox.
Lol
If you decide botox is for you, then go for it. It is literally botulism toxin and causes localized paralysis where it is injected, causing the desired effects. That alone makes it a big no go for me.
tetajI read a lot for Botox. It's not for me.
My wife gets it. It definitely works. Probably not my thing though.
Lol I honestly should do better cuz I’m 35 and have a couple forehead wrinkles.
And if Janae/Matt Kroc can be a lady, we can all be ladies if we want... never doubt yourself, buddy lmao
I was never one of those dudes that wanted to look like a coal miner. I had enough at work.
Definitely take care of your skin.
My arms are scared enough from cancer removals.Ive been sprayed with salsenic solution hundreds of times. I’m going to do what I can for my face and teeth...
Makes sense. And especially teeth! That shit is no joke
Now everyone from Arkansas is being real quiet....
Are you a lady?
Lol
