Got order yesterdsy and one vial had crystals in it frm the cold....what to do
BetterOnTopSimple universal solution... warm water lol
wrap it up in a heating pad on high.
Search using the words "crashed gear"
I vent the top with a needle and wave a lighter under the vial -never heating too much to be held.
Move the vial in slow circular motions while it heats.
