Grilling time

ad

Ok fellas, i just wanna share with you guys what i just found at the market last sunday, i bought the George Foreman lean meat grill. And let me tell you, this thing is awesome, it takes 15 mins to grill a decent size of chicken breast or a small steak, no charcoal no lighter fluid required, just plugg this thin in, put the meat inside, close it and wait. No excuses for not getting enough protein or skip a meal, with this shit you can grill meat all day long. Anyhow i'm no advertising or promoting anything, but this is a quick way to cook lean meat in less than 20 mins.

dont forget to throw ur veggies on there too. I have worn out 2 and I am on my third... But back 10 yrs ago it was all I had. Do your very best to not scratch the coating on it. once you do shit starts stickin, then it's a real pain to clean every time. And you have to clean the thing... My brother got sick for a week, somethin from not cleaning his foreman. he cooked on it 3x a day and wouldn't ever even wipe it out. It was nasty, but it's just stuff I've learned about them.

anybody use an old fashion gas grill anymore? Been thinking about the George Foreman but use my grill too much to justify the expense.

I have the Weber Summit S-420 Stainless Steel Gas Grill...It cooks a 2 pound salmon fillet in 8 mins... The forman grill would have been perfect, when i had my bacholor's pad back in the day.

I have one I use a lot. Here's a tip...to keep your meats nice and juicy DON'T close the lid. Nothing worse than eating dry chicken or steak. Just flip it over and let it cook Smile I cook everything on mine...veggies and all. I also treat it like a cast iron skillet and I don't wash it a lot, it will hold the flavors in.
