ok bro, your eating way to much man made protein, and just cutting calories isn't the ticket, it's about eating often and small healthy meals lots of lean meats and greens. If you have to drink a shake in between meals thats fine but try to get as much of your protein from whole foods as possible. Healthy fats, such as fish oil, nuts "but not too much" avocado's. Bro AAS can wait. Get that diet in check. Your body is like a fire feed it little bits of wood "healthy foods" often and it will keep burning.

Ok, so your current stats are 190 at apprx 17% body fat, which leaves you at about 32 lbs of fat. Let's say you want to get rid of 10% of that, bringing it down to 7% which is very respectable. That brings you to a targeted lean mass of 171 Lbs at approx 7% fat.

You need to eat for the body you want. What I would do would be to take that lean mass of 171 and multiply it by 12. That will be 12 calories per pound, bringing you to a daily total of 2,050. Next you need to break up the ratio of the macro nutrients (protein, carb, fat). Do 40% protein, 30 % carb, 30 % fat. That means 205 grams of protein a day, 153 grams carbs, and 68 grams of fat. Depending on your sensitivity to fats and carbs, you would adjust the ratios increasing one and decreasing the other. Take thesenutrients in over the course of 6 small meals spread out every 2 and half to 3 hours.

You need to do research on what are quality sources of protein, carbs and fat. Actually you need to do a lot of research on this. I can give you an entire breakdown of what to do but it's not going to mean jack if you don't have a clue on the nutrition aspect. So get to google and start researching. Your lack of dietary knowledge is evidence enough that you should not be considering steroids. Pay your dues brother, go learn something, be patient and do not look for a supplement to perform magic because they won't.

Bro, any vet to this game is going to tell you the same thing...19 is too young. At that age you need to be making your progress through diet, training and rest. If you can't accomplish it with diet and training at that age, then there is nothing that steroids can do for you. You will quickly lose what you've gained from your cycle, you will screw with your HPTA, and will probably never want to train without them at that point.

Research different diet and training methods. Steroids are the least of your concern. They'll still be around when your older, build a foundation first.

Diet and patience bro, you are way to young to consider AAS

Cut the muscle milk and just stick to gold standard. Cut the protein bars all that stuff is not necessary. chicken, fish, steak, rice, and veggies is what you want to eat. As for pre workout, just take some caffeine tabs.
