+ 1 Feeling strange

ad

Hi, not used anything before. Yesterday i started winstrol 40mg , this morning i took 20mg and about 2 hours later i felt really anxious like i was about to have a panic attack , but did not. Now for the rest of the day i have just felt extremely tired. I have suffered with anxiety some years ago and don't want to get it back. Will this go after a few days or should i stop right away? What's your opinions on this?

TheFlash85's picture

Body just adjusting toward a new foreign substance in the body, alot of people drscribe it as a feeling of impending doom, feeling as if something bad is going to happen, i myself have had it on the first few days of a few superdrol cycles. I would still get a check up, bloods etc could be underlying thyroid issue pronouncing itself causing leghargy and tiredness could even be some kind of deficiency. Good luck.

Ya when using winstrol on low carb or none I notice glucose lvl went real low. Once on contest prep doing my morning cardio almost went hipog. Good thing I always carry glucose tablets. So if u planing on continue using winstrol and doing cardio mainly empty stomach I recommend to get some glucos tablets for emergency, you never know. Better to be ready than been sorry.

Yeah man, sounds like Greg's right. I had some bizaaro shit happen while on cycle recently and couldn't keep my food intake where it needed to be (unexpected road trip, no real home base for a few days), and I had blood sugar issues instantly. You'll burn through glucose real fast and need to hit yourself up with some carbs at the very least every few hours. Keep simple carbs around, but try and load up on complex carbs, it'll keep some accessible fuel in you (I'd like to think that some protein goes without saying)

Hillz1986's picture

I now feel better , it had taken nearly a week for me to feel normal again. I mainly blame this on the fact that i have the potential to develop anxiety more than your average guy. These were the worst symptoms i had had in 4 years. I doubt I'll try steroids again as i don't want to play with fire as such. I have too much counting on me to risk my mental health just to get a bit leaner and stronger. I do pretty well in the gym anyway and changing my diet slightly to include up to 300g of protein a day seems to have helped me feel not only fuller, but have more energy. All that being said if i could have found a definitive answer to link some sort of diet or method of taking the steroids to the anxiety then i would have tried again, since it is guess work i don't fancy the risk. I felt fine the first day and the second like absolute shit. I did take the does on the second day on an empty stomach and not eat for nearly 2 hours, maybe that's it, i don't know. Thanks for your reply though pal, appreciate it.

I'm glad you feel better my man. Gear isnt for all, in fact probably not most. Sounds like you're definitely making the right decision for you and yours. Best of luck.

now your thinking. , +1 ill hit you up top because my fat thumbs cant hit these buttons. .. also make sure your water intake is correct. .. its amazing what a propper diet and propper hydration will do ..

your here now put sometime into researching , theres a excellent diet section at least there use to be .. but above all if your going to do something. ..do it right.

Having to take simple carbohydrates ever few hours sounds like a symptom of insulin resistance, and a sure path to diabetes.

Nattyboomba's picture

In retrospect my wording was a bit off. He should be eating every 4 hours at least anyway, and it should certainly always include carb (complex, but carbs none-the-less). I wasn't insinuating he eat simple carbs every few hours, but keeping his body anabolic seems key to his goals.

DragonDog's picture

Tracking. I agree we need carbs, we just need to be careful on which ones, how many and how often, so we don't become diabetic or worse develop type 3 diabetes, aka alzheimer's disease. Scientists have shown alzheimer's disease is due to insulin resistance. As it stands 70 - 80% of the USA population was overweight or obese per the USDA in 2012. That's a lot folks on the path to dementia.

Greg's picture

I had a retort to this but I forgot what I just read.

DragonDog's picture

Just an abstract but it makes the point,

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19885299

Even those people with type 2 may be experiencing the early beginnings of alzheimer's.

Sometimes I'll have shakiness, sweating, lightheadedness, anxiety, and irritability and fatigue. It's low blood sugar. Eat some simple carbs and drink some juice, eat a snickers bar...

You're working out, you're taking drugs that increase your metabolism, You're not eating and drinking FREQUENTLY enough.

kibby's picture

Get this every time I run anavar....always have a can of coke handy when running it.

The symptoms disappear almost instantly

Hillz1986's picture

My symptoms were lightheadedness, blurry vision , a feeling of vertigo , nausea , anxiety . I just had no go in me. But this was 1 day at 40mg , just 1 day. Doesn't seem possible and you guys will most likely say it isn't, but honestly it hit me like i had taken some sort of speed.

Greg's picture

I'll bet you ten to one it was low blood sugar. If you do what I suggest the next time it happens, I'll bet your symptoms will disappear within the half hour.

Hillz1986's picture

Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. I've had some real insight todag.

pege's picture

1st id recommend a introduction. , 2nd according to your stats your your 5'10" and 180lbs ,, this is awful.light , and if i use my instincts here since your trying to lose weight id i would guess your carring way to much bf . (body fat) and looking to drop it .

winny is going to do absolutly nothing for you , actually no aas is going to work ..

sounds like you need add muscle and burn fat , i would seriously get a diet and training routine together to fit your goal .. to many people turn to aas or other drugs like t3. to substitute for diet and training.

Hillz1986's picture

Not weight , i want to lose fat. I don't have a massive amount of fat at all, i wanted to become lean. I'd happily put on a stone of pure muscle it's just i hit a wall and never seem to get bigger. I do plenty of cardio , regular 5 mile runs and also interval running.

pege's picture

here is the plain truth and i dont give a fuck if someone says other .they need to regroup and evaluate there self. ..
DIET. , yes diet dictates all. , if you hit a wall and not putting on muscle its due to you not eating enough..
everyone thinks they know there cal and marcos ect ..honestly sit down and calculate your honest number. then figure out yout TDEE ..a
nd i promise you its diet ...now unless you have a medical condition and something wrong with your thyroid....
1st you need to adjust. and naturaly get to the bf and weight you want. .. then. aas will benefit you ...

what is your TDEE And your daily intake.

Greg's picture

I'm not sure if these "calculators" work well for those doing a cycle.
I thought I had that dialed in; always have seen slow steady gains.

That is until I got one of those Garmin vĂvoactive HR watches. When on cycle, my average active calories was around 4500. I was essentially eating a maintenance diet. I increased the pasta and saw faster gains and had a less lethargic mood if you will.

pege's picture

by the way whats up greg how are you ?? its been a little while. ..

Greg's picture

All's well. Welcome back... looks like you're making up for some lost time.

pege's picture

lol.
i just noticed that. , winter i get a little depressed. money tight , cabin fever. ect. im reborn with ostera :))

pege's picture

umm interesting. , i have a watch i just got with my iphone. shit it cost (the phone and watch ) 800+ so it better be on there. .. ill check. your a 100% correct i dont think those calculators are real accurate . but if a brother is not calculating at all...its a start .. i hear it all the time. i hit a wall (myself included ) but its our diet. ..and thanks im going to look at my watch now when i get home. ...and hopefully a few brothers will take advise and really look into the math. ..becauae i had to thats where the answer lies.
i got the whole aas thing and ai. and da. and absorption rates and so on and on.
but when i started concentrating. on diet. thats when the change is coming.

Hillz1986's picture

If this tdee is proven correct then i am eating at a deficiency, it say's i burn (i guess on average) 2800 a day. I eat (on average about 2300) as simple as it sounds you might just have hit the nail on the head.

pege's picture

i promise you , adjust your goal around your numbers. and watch. dotch the drugs there not needed .. get yourself right where you want to be ... then research a test cycle. fuck that oral bs. ..
let me know how you make out.

Hillz1986's picture

Sometimes i hit cardio pretty hard too , also i don't lift weight slowly, i tend to alternate between exercises without rest, which must burn more. And i wondered why i always felt shit at the gym and during the day.

DragonDog's picture

He is right. Your eating muscle, not fat at that calorie intake with your level of exercise.

Hillz1986's picture

Back to the drawing board i think. I'll hang tight for a month or 2 , up the calories and see what happens. In no rush after my recent experience to try these any more anyway

DragonDog's picture

What is BF%? You need to post your stats. If you want to lose BF%, you need to reduce your carbs, and eliminate simple sugars. And then do HIIT for at least 30 minutes several times a week. Why do you train? If you train to be the best at exercise then you are lost. Instead find a sport to develop your fitness goals, bodybuilding, combat sports, etc. I don't ever want to get tired in a fight. I am skipping rope for 40 minutes with 1 minute breaks ever 3 minutes with a goal to get to an hour. I lost about 5lbs in 3 weeks after my last 20lb bulking cycle. I am getting close to my 6% BF before the bulking cycle last summer.

Hillz1986's picture

Do you have a picture?, I'm interested what 6 percent looks like.

DragonDog's picture

When I post next week, I will include my before pic at the beginning of cut cycle along with results photo.

DragonDog's picture

I didn't take one this last summer. My BF % report is posted. I will take another photo at the end of next week after a month of my cardio/cutting cycle. I will also try to get another BOD POD BF % reading by then.

Hillz1986's picture

I train for a sense of well being, i want to stay relatively fit and also have muscle. Most guys I've met who "use" just hit weights and diet, when you talk to them they are out of breath just standing up, this isn't for me. I also skip although not for that length of time.

TheFlash85's picture

Pege!!!! Good to see ya bro!!!

pege's picture

yes sir
how you doing ?

TheFlash85's picture

Im ok bro, ill shoot ya a pm soon its been ages.

Nattyboomba's picture

Winny without a test base seems like an odd strategy to me. If you're looking to drop some pounds there are far better and safer options out there.

DragonDog's picture

Right, good way to lose pounds of muscle. More cardio and HIIT with calorie deficit is a much better way to burn fat.

twistedsister's picture

If your stats are right I don't see why your trying to lose weight .....

Sounds like u need to get something me blood work done and see what's going on!

You need testosterone FYI plus two days is too early to tell are you sure it's not clen

Livelife76's picture

Sounds like oral only "cycle" ???

Stop use, not sure why you'd run winny only...

What are your goals here?

And again, just stop taking it, it's a waste of time and health for you.

Hillz1986's picture

I want to lose some fat but not muscle. Was advised this by someone who apparently knows a lot. Would also like to see some strength gains. Been going to the gym for some years and have hit a wall. What would you recommend?

Livelife76's picture

https://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/weight-loss/foolpro...

Can't cut weight and build muscle at the same time, I wish it worked like that, but it just doesn't. If your body fat is the concern and place you wish to focus your energy start with the thread I gave you a link to, it's starts in the kitchen bro not in a pill

DragonDog's picture

I recommend you do a shit ton of reading before you take anything more. You just shutdown your own test production, probably why you crashed on the second day.
