What worked for me was food heavy training 5/6 days a week never used high amount of gear anything over 750mg of test e is to much i also used deca 400mg 500mg. everything was basic for me and still is keep it simple like the vets say. training food sleep no more then 2 compounds at a time maybe 1 oral. just my 2 cents
Bro,
How long have you been training? What kind of strength level have you built up on the bench. The size and density of your pecs will be completely different if you are repping with 185 on the bench vs. 315. You must build the strength required to push the weight required to build big thick muscle mass. This takes gym time. If you are truly a beginner, then you are not going to have the base of muscle that makes steroids do their magic. I tell this same story to young men in the gym all the time and they want to look like me - but I've been training for 20 years, the last 7 years very seriously. Most of them run out and start taking steroids and the results are disappointing. So, I'm not trying to make you feel uncomfortable but what kind of weight are you using on the bench? It's not a put down. We all were beginners at one time. All of us. No exceptions.
Thanks man. I am doing the sets of 15 with 215
You need to increase your strength on the bench. There are all manner of articles and e-books and such on the subject. Do some research. If you can't find anything - let me know and I'll find a couple of links for you. In the meantime - I would not be doing volume training like that. Get down to sets of 6 to 8 reps at a higher weight. If you want to trow in a drop set at 12 and then another at 15 on the way down, fine. 215 is not going to give you the mass you are looking for.
Good info Thanks
RustyhookerStats? Priors? Do not run some dumb stack of drugs. Food and sweat!
So can anyone give me an idea of some stuff to take that will help mainly with building a bigger more defined chest? That's my number one priority
GearofWarTren-E. And Deca. Run them both at the same time in high amounts.* That'll get your chest good and large. Like a porn star. Although your titties may be squirting milk by that point too.
*PLEASE DO NOT RUN TREN AND DECA CONCURRENTLY. EVER. Unless of course you want to have a sweet set of tits that you could nurse a baby with.
Start "small". Test is best. Test-Prop for shorter blasts. Test-E is good for a 10-weeker at 500mg EW for a beginner IMO. Be sure to have an AI for gyno just in case.
RustyhookerNo stats and op says directly he's a novice.
So you suggest high dosed gear?
Here are some things you can TAKE to build a bigger more defined chest:
Eat every 3 hours every day. Fistful of meat, fistful of carbs, fistful of greens. Fuck the supplements. Don't overtrain and get sleep you will grow. No shortcuts exist in the iron game. It's all about the long haul. Training is the easy part, the real work is in the kitchen!
F'in right!
So sick of seeing these 120lb guys at the gym with about 500$ worth of useless supps in their bag. Its all they talk about, never once do you hear them mention food.
Food + iron + rest. Thats the formula.
especially all those stupid pre-workout supplements that are loaded with caffeine, stimulants, and JUNK those are like 50 bucks a bottle and all they do is make you wired it doesn't help with the gym much at all maybe give you the drive to push one extra rep which is pointless when your body is so stimulated you cant eat a single slice of cheese due to having a non existing appetite from all those stimulants
protein in my opinion is a waste. its helpful once or twice a day but certainly will not replace real food and should not be used to calculate total daily consumed protein
the only supps I believe in is creatine, glutamine, and dextrose but thats only cuz I use slin lol. for the average gym teen none of these supplements will really do anything at the end of the day food is the only thing that puts on size. the extras help 3-4% but thats about it
Im no teen in 24.lol but thanks for the advice. Any other insight on any additives I can take let me know asi work out5 daysa week 1.5-2hrs a week.and easy plenty lol
There's the answer. Eat and train like a beast!
RustyhookerBoom!
Like Viking said; you cant have your cake and eat it, is your goal cutting or is it bulking? A lot of supplements out there are pure fluff and garbage so research is your friend on that one, as far as cutting check out posts made also by Viking on his no carb after 2 diet and the posts found here http://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/weight-loss . If you are bulking check out the other area http://www.eroids.com/forum/training-nutrition-diet/weight-gain and lots of members have posted perfect ways to bulk up as well. Spend about 20-30 minutes in both forums and most if not all of your answers will be answered!
Everyone is giving good advice but what about supplements that's will help or anything I can take ??
only supp I recommend is a good quality protein in addition to plenty of good food. sorry I can't agree with what J said above that you shouldn't count the protein you get from your shakes to you're daily count. Viking offered up a two a day protein shake recipe that I started over 4 wks ago and that has finally pushed me out of a weight gain rut I was stuck at for a good while. remember tho, this doesn't replace a solid meal plan just enhances it. " eat big get big"
There you go bro, glad its working for you :)))))........... i just checked this OPs tracks.. he hasnt viewed the shake thread yet (sigh)...... he probably wont either, he sounds like he justs wants to find the magic supp pill that will swole him out without doing any fkn kitchen work.... lmfaooooo!
Rest and food; working 2 jobs and hitting the gym could mean you are getting less then 6 hours of sleep a night and not taking in enough delicious food items.
I scratch my fkn head ..................... once more ((sigh))........ its one or the other!.. but what i think you really mean is that .... you want EVERYTHING yesterday!!.
"TIME" is your friend!..... now choose a goal and work towards it.
No whati mean is I want my ideal body. My schedule is insane working two full time jobs and still gym-ing it up5 daysa week. Been about 9 month andi have seen gains and improvement but want more results. So no need to scratch your head bro. My chest and an area need to be bulked(chest) and toned (abs)
So what you should say is you want to make lean mass gains. Not a dirty bulk or a cutting run. It is a head scratching comment the way you said it.
GearofWarSo has it been 9 months since you've been training? Any prior experience using steroids? Age? Weight? I'll bet you're a young buck though just by the things you're requesting. Sorry to be "that guy" but do more research on AAS before taking the plunge. Especially if you've only been at it for 9 months. Take a look at the stickies.
I appreciate your concern. I took test a few years back and loved it. Looking for something similar. I am 25 so I am a young buck lol. And I have lifted for years since sophomore year in hs...but im just looking for advice on something that will give me the edge that's all
Anoneat.
