Even when I cut, I've never seen my abs

ad

Here's the deal guys, I've been fighting muay thai amaturely for a few years, nothing major, mostly with other guys from the gym and around the city for a few hundred bucks. I walk around at about 170lbs, though I've cut and fought a few times at around 165 and 155. I'm 5'11, 36y/o. I've always shied away from steroids even though I knew other guys that were taking them. I bought that whole roids are for cheaters mentality. That is until recently when my own dr put me on replacement therapy..

I've always cut and bulked naturally before and after fights, through diets and a lot of cardio. I've only ever done just one cycle of test to bulk after having cut for a bout. I have always been farely lean, I've never measured my bf but I'd say somewhere around 15-17%. When I cut I only care about making weight so I restrict calories and carbs while powering through heavy training and cardio. And even when I cut all the way down to 155lbs I've never seen my abs...I look very lean but don;t have any vascularity to speak of.

I've never used any compounds to cut or to make weight. And I have noticed that when I have to make weight I end up losing quite a bit of muscle and strength. So I'm asking for advice on quick cycles that would help me cut (and show abs) as well as other quick cycles that can help me bulk and keep lean.

Or any advise or thoughts on why I haven't seen my abs. My diet consists moslty or egg whites and oats in the a.m. along with 2scoops of whey, home made chicken fajitas for lunch, protein shakes snack with penut butter and stake and potato for dinner. I also take a multi vitamin...

Guys, thanks a lot for the help and input, I honestly you were going to come at me with "do a cycle of tren and t3" Smile I'll keep it natural for a while a longer but will definately research more and quick cutting and bulking cycles.

I appreciate the help fellows. Cheers.

sounds to me like your metabolism is crashed from preparing for fights and trying to be "lean" all the time. i would suggest eating more actually. eat more lean meats and foods high in protein. and increase complex carb intake early in the day. i didnt hear you mention anything about lifting weights either. if you are not on a weightlifting routine get on one. having "abs" is also dependent on how well developed your core is. having lean muscle on you will make fatloss better. the more muscular you are, the higher your basal metabolic rate. therefore the easier to burn more calories.
get a plan together before you start a cycle.

Funny you should mention ab ripper x, we some somethig similar in muay thai training three times a week. I think the issue might be not working the abs with weights...
