Esters, half life & blood tests

ad

Discliamer- I know there are many factors that could make answering my question, not so simple. With that being said, I'm really just looking for generalized answer.
So I'm on Dr Prescribed (but not monitored)TRT, health insurance surprises me with the need for a blood test. I want my levels to be normal but preferably at the lower end of norm. Not the ideal time for a test as I have some non prescribed things in my system that will certainly cause me to test high (extra cyp and eq). I can wait a bit to take the test so I have some time but I should go as soon as I think I'm cool..
I created a spread sheet to calculate how much of cyp and eq is still active based on predicted half life.
So here's my question, if the predicted amount of the drug still floating in me by MG is say 500. What does that translate to on the blood test? It can't be as easy as, well your total testosterone will come back at 500. Right? It cant be that easy.
Sotry this was so long. Thanks in advance for good answers.

This is my plan. I've ordered a "self test" which I plan to go take on 3/18. By my spreadsheet, I'll have approx 733mgs of test/Eq in me that hasn't degraded. It takes about 5 days to get the results so as long as the results seem ok, I'll plan to go take my Dr test on 3/25. Spread sheet says I will have 537mgs in me by then. having both tests might show some kind of correlation.
I'm pretty sure the blood test measures "amount of testosterone per volume" so obviously, a bigger person would show a lower level than a smaller person.
the one thing that will be different between the 2 tests is that I'll probably go donate blood the day before (or of) the Dr test. This helps with my HCT which is on the high side. Its not dangerously high but its something the DR's point to and blame it on TRT. I've always had higher than normal HCT. I don't shrug that off btw, I donate blood almost as often as I can.
I'll report back after tests for those that are interested.

Why don't you go purchase a cheap hormone panel and get an accurate level of your test? If it's good then go do the other test and give to them . If not wait a while longer and possible take another.

Cut all compounds out till you start feeling like crap give blood test then or once you start feeling crappy take half your normal trt dose what is your current trt dose? And how much are you taking now eq as well?

Thanks, I cut out all long esters maybe 10 days ago and am only using small amounts of 1 short

My question is not related to what I'm doing, have done or should do. I really shouldn't have typed all that shit about myself.

My question is specifically, how do you correlate mgs of active (not degraded) synthetic testosterone in your system to the numbers/levels you can expect to see on your blood test.

That's kinda hard to do because everyone is different a friend of mine has test levels of 1000 at 100mg per e5d I have to take 150 e5d to have same levels I think there is a hart or equation that tells you what you want to know but I don't know what it is sry
