JK....the first shirt Grrrrl had me try on was a medium----tooo small for me.
It really depends on how you like your shirts to fit. These are NICE dri-fit, so they have stretch to them, and they feel very light and comfortable----slightly shiny material.
A large or XL should do you nicely.
