Going to a dermatologist for the first about my body acne, should I tell them its from running a cycle? I've tried everything possible over the counter at this point and have only managed to suppress it. I want it gone, Just started PCT yesterday( Nolva/Clomid `100/40 ed) after 12 week test cycle.

I got the acne on my 1st cycle and in stayed through pct. It calmed down a little before I ran my 2nd cycle (5 month gap) but came back worse than ever on this one. Like an idiot I didn't do blood work. As far as AI, I did aromasin 12.5 eod. To be honest, my acne is not that bad. I've never had it in my 40 years so I want it gone. I will not be going the accutane route, doubt a Dr would prescribe it for some small bumps.
I used to get acne a few things I tried worked like magic for me.....
Sulsun blue shampoo....fucking smells horrendous but clears it right up.
Nizarol shampoo does the same and stops my hair receding when on a dht
Both can be found on amazon/eBay.
If your UK testco has recently started selling nizarol
Used Nizoral, no help.
Also tried to no avail:
Benzoyll per oxide, salicylic acid ( soap, spray and strydex pads), Activated charcoal soap, Grapefruit seed extract, Retinol serum
Go on amazon and try the selsun blue mate.
As a last resort you could try African black soap it did jack shit for me but worked on a pal of mine within days
Have you tried accutane? Accutane zapped my acne and I barely get any acne if any at all on cycle.
And no I wouldn't tell your doctor that.. No way...
Valid questions/clairifications need to be addressed below.
I thing wrong with getting some topical or even antibiotic from your dermatologist to help with your cycle acne, but if your thinking about jumping to acutane, you need to slow your roll. That's for serious acne and the kind that's always there. I wouldn't tell your dermatologist about your cycle unless it's absolutely necessary.
Did you get bloodwork done during cycle?
Did you run an ai?
Estro is big culprit and main aggravater for me, but steroids snd hormone fluctuations alone will aggravate it--especially if you are prone.
In my experience, acne gets worse during pct with nolva/clomid before it eventually clears once hormones stabilize.
If you just finished a cycle and have a bunch of acne, there is good chance doc will put 2 & 2 together. I wouldnt tell him/her
So you have had the acne problem the whole time while on a 12 week cycle or after cycle?
Have you had acne issue since you where young as well?
More info.
Thanks
Honestly I would have waited a few weeks into your pct because I would expect your levels to start leveling out back to normal and the acne to start going down and be manageable. I had the same problem when I was younger and on test boosters but they perscribed me a benzo gen which worked amazing but even with good insurance it still cost 100 a month for a tube so if cost plays a role just letting you know and my insurance covered 200 so it was 300 total for the tube for benzo that was a while back to just my experience
